HYKLOVÁ, T., Strategický plán vybraného neziskového subjektu. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně 2020. Cílem bakalářské práce je sestavení strategického plánu neziskové organizace Hašle z. s., jejíž činnost je zaměřena na pomoc dětem trpícím dětskou mozkovou obrnou a jejich rodinám. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretickou rovinu neziskových subjektů a jejich postavení v rámci národního hospodářství, následně jsou teoretické poznatky využity v části praktické, obsahující procesní analýzu. Na základně procesní analýzy je v poslední části budován samotný strategický plán organizace. HYKLOVÁ, T., Strategic Plan of selected non-profit subject. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel univerzity in Brno 2020. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compile a strategic plan for the non-profit organization Hašle z. s., whose activities are focused on helping children suffering from cerebral palsy and also their families. The first part of this thesis is focusing on the theoretical level of non-profit organizations and their position in the national economy. The theoretical knowledge is then used in practical part containing process analysis. At the end of the bachelor thesis is formed a strategic plan of the organization based on the process analysis.
