Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na údržbu komunikací v komunální oblasti, kde je v literární části popsáno, co jsou komunální plochy, shrnuty základní postupy letní a zimní údržby. Práce je zaměřena i na technické prostředky k těmto činnostem a na drobné opravy silnic, cest a chodníků. Ve vypracování je vyhodnocena náročnost letní a zimní údržby v lokalitě Tři Studně. Pro podrobnější přehled je na katastrální mapě rozděleno území na pozemní komunikace, chodníky, parkoviště, zastavěnou plochu a na ostatní zelené plochy, kde je vymezena jejich rozloha. Tato náročnost je porovnána jak v závislosti časové, tak finanční, a to s ohledem na ruční a mechanické zpracování. V této části práce však není zohledněna zimní údržba v celkovém rozsahu, protože není možné přesně určit frekvenci této údržby podle klimatických podmínek. Výsledkem je srovnání těchto úkonů v letním a zimním období. This bachelor thesis is focused on the maintenance of roads in the communal area. The literature section describes what communal areas are and summarizes the basic procedures of summer and winter maintenance. This thesis is also focused on technical means for these activities and to lesser extent also on repairs of roads, paths, and sidewalks.The intensity of summer and winter maintenance in the locality of Tři Studně is evaluated in the elaboration. For a more detailed overview, the cadastral map divides the area into roads, sidewalks, parking lots, built-up area, and other green areas, where the related area is defined. This complexity is compared both in terms of time and money, with regards to manual and mechanical processing. However, this part of the thesis does not take into account winter maintenance in the overall range, because it is not possible to precisely determine the frequency of this maintenance according to climatic conditions. The result is a comparison of these operations in summer and winter.
