V diplomové práci, jak je patrné z názvu, jsem se zabývala počtem personálu a jeho kvalifikačním zastoupení na jednotlivých odděleních písecké nemocnice. Spolupracovala jsem s vrchními sestrami, ale s i ostatním ošetřovatelským personálem v nemocnici a získávala jsem od nich informace. První hypotézou v práci bylo to, že počty úvazků ošetřovatelského personálu na standardních odděleních chirurgických oborů odpovídají doporučení metody Karly Pochylé. U této hypotézy mi vyšlo, že průměrné počty personálu na odděleních chirurgických oborů jsou vyšší, než udává metodika. Tato hypotéza nebyla potvrzena. Druhou hypotézou bylo, že počty úvazků ošetřovatelského personálu na standardních odděleních interních oborů odpovídají doporučení metody Karly Pochylé. I u interních oborů je počet personálu vyšší než doporučuje metoda, jediné oddělení interního typu, kde byl počet personálu nižší, než bylo doporučováno, byla neurologie. Ani druhá hypotéza nebyla potvrzena. Třetí hypotézou bylo, že počty úvazků ošetřovatelského personálu na ošetřovatelských lůžkách odpovídají doporučení metody Karly Pochylé. Počet personálu na ošetřovatelských lůžkách byl vyšší, než doporučuje metoda. Tato hypotéza nebyla potvrzena. Čtvrtou hypotézou bylo, že kvalifikační zastoupení ošetřovatelského personálu na standardních odděleních chirurgických oborů odpovídá doporučení metody Karly Pochylé. Tato hypotéza nebyla potvrzena. Pátou hypotézou jsem udávala, že kvalifikační zastoupení ošetřovatelského personálu na standardních odděleních interních oborů neodpovídá doporučení metody Karly Pochylé. Tato hypotéza byla potvrzena. Poslední a to šestou hypotézou bylo, že Kvalifikační zastoupení ošetřovatelského personálu na ošetřovatelských lůžkách neodpovídá doporučení metody Karly Pochylé a i tato hypotéza byla potvrzena. Doufám, že tato práce může být využita v praxi jako předloha a podklad pro určení správného počtu a kvalifikačního zastoupení ošetřovatelského personálu v nejrůznějších zdravotnických zařízeních. As the title of the thesis indicates, I addressed the number of the staff and their qualification representation at the individual departments of the hospital in Písek. I cooperated with head nurses as well as other nursing staff in the hospital and acquired information from them. The first hypothesis was that the number of the nursing staff work load at standard surgical departments corresponds with the recommendations of Karla Pochylá{\crq}s method. This hypothesis was not confirmed as the average number of staff at surgical departments was higher than the methodology states. The second hypothesis was that the number of the nursing staff work load at standard internal departments corresponds with the recommendations of Karla Pochylá{\crq}s method. The number of staff at internal departments was also higher than the recommendations of the method; neurology was the only department where the number of staff was lower than recommended. The second hypothesis also was not confirmed. The third hypothesis was that the number of the nursing staff work load at nursing beds corresponds with the recommendations of Karla Pochylá{\crq}s method. The number of the staff at nursing beds was higher than recommended by the method. This hypothesis was not confirmed. The fourth hypothesis was that the qualification representation of the nursing staff at standard surgical departments corresponds with the recommendations of Karla Pochylá{\crq}s method. This hypothesis was not confirmed. The fifth hypothesis was that the qualification representation of the nursing staff at standard internal departments does not correspond with the recommendations of Karla Pochylá{\crq}s method. This hypothesis was confirmed. The last, sixth hypothesis was that the qualification representation of nursing staff at nursing beds does not correspond with the recommendations of Karla Pochylá{\crq}s method and this hypothesis was also confirmed. I believe that the thesis can be used in practice as a template and groundwork for determining the correct number and qualification representation of nursing staff at various medical facilities.
