[cze][eng] Tvorba a realizace změn nebývají vždy populární. Přesto se jim mnozí věnují. A tak jako mělo 19. století svou Florence Nightingalovou, má i současné ošetřovatelství své vůdčí osobnosti. Mnohdy jsou jejich jména odborné i laické veřejnosti neznámá, ale výsledky jejich činnosti vídáme kolem sebe dnes a denně. Cíle této práce byly celkem tři. První byl zaměřen na vymezení pojmu vůdcovství v ošetřovatelství, druhý na vymezení událostí, které vedly ke klíčovým změnám v profesi, a třetí na zmapování systému změn v současnosti. Před začátkem výzkumu bylo stanoveno 5 výzkumných otázek, které se týkaly první části diplomové práce. První: "Co zahrnuje pojem vůdcovství v ošetřovatelství?" Druhá: "Jak se vůdcovství uplatňuje v rámci ošetřovatelství?! Třetí: "Které události byly klíčové pro změny v oblasti ošetřovatelství ve světě?" Čtvrtá: "Které události byly klíčové pro změny v oblasti ošetřovatelství v České republice?" Pátá: "Z čeho vycházejí změny v současném ošetřovatelství v České republice?" Tyto otázky byly zodpovězeny za využití historické analýzy dat a individuálních rozhovorů s předem vybranými respondenty v rámci kvalitativního šetření. Tím byl splněn první a druhý cíl této práce. Aby bylo možno splnit třetí cíl práce, byly stanoveny 4 hypotézy. K jejich ověření bylo využito kvantitativního šetření za pomoci dotazníků. Na základě zjištěných dat mohu říci, že první a druhá hypotéza nebyly potvrzeny. Nedošlo k prokázání vlivu stáří respondentů na jejich zájem o ošetřovatelství ani na souhlas se změnami v profesi v současnosti. Třetí hypotéza, byla potvrzena. Ze získaných dat vyplynulo, že vysokoškolsky vzdělané sestry souhlasí se změnami v ošetřovatelství více než druhá skupina respondentek. Poslední 4. hypotéza potvrzena nebyla. Zjištěná data prokázala, že délka praxe nemá na názor lékařů vliv. Obě skupiny v převážné většině se změnami nesouhlasily. Z uvedeného je patrné, že i třetí cíl diplomové práce byl splněn. Práci bude možné využít v praxi jako teoretický podklad pro vzdělávání studentů ošetřovatelství i ostatních nelékařských oborů. Může sloužit i k doplnění představy o tom, co znamená vůdcovství a jak se uplatňuje v rámci sesterské profese. Poskytuje také přehled o stavu současného ošetřovatelství, o jeho vůdčích osobnostech. Creation and implementation of changes is not always popular. Yet many people engage in them. Therefore, the 19th century had its Florence Nightingale; this century has its leading figures as well. Their names are not often known to professionals and the general public, but we can see the results of their work around us every day. Overall, there were three objectives of this paper. The first was aimed at defining the concept of leadership in nursing, the second one at defining the events that led to key changes in the profession, and the third one at mapping the system of changes in the present. Five research questions had been defined prior the start of the research and the questions concerned the first part of this paper. The first one: "What does the concept of leadership in nursing include?" The second one: "How is leadership in nursing applied in practice?" The third one: "What events were crucial for changes in nursing in the world?" The fourth one: "What events were crucial for changes in nursing in the Czech Republic?" The fifth one: "What is the basis of changes in current nursing in the Czech Republic?" These questions have been answered using a historical data analysis and individual interviews with pre-selected respondents in a qualitative investigation. This completed the first and second objective of this paper. To achieve the third objective of the paper, four hypotheses were established. Their verification has used a quantitative survey using questionnaires. Based on the gathered data, I can say that the first and the second hypotheses have not been confirmed. The impact of respondents{\crq} age on their interest in nursing as well as their approval of changes in the profession today has not been demonstrated. The third hypothesis has been confirmed. The data obtained showed that university-educated nurses agree with the changes in nursing more than the second group of respondents. Last fourth hypothesis has not been confirmed. The data obtained showed that the length of practice does not affect the opinion of doctors. Both the groups mostly disagreed with the changes. From this, it is clear that the third objective of this paper has been met. Paper can be used in practice as a theoretical basis for training students of nursing and other paramedical disciplines. It may also serve to complement the ideas of what leadership means and how it applies in the nursing profession. It also provides an overview of the current state of nursing and its leading figures.
