Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru k založení a provozu realitní kanceláře. Literární rešerše popsaná v této práci slouží jako podklad pro samotný podnikatelský plán, ve kterém je využito Porterovy, SLEPT a SWOT analýzy. Vzhledem ke skutečnému záměru založit realitní kancelář jsem navrhl finančně nenáročný a reálný podnikatelský plán pro založení konkurenceschopné a funkční realitní kanceláře, která bude využívat moderního způsobu prezentace nemovitostí. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to construct and realise a business plan that details the establishment and operation of a real estate agency. The literary research described here-in serves as a basis for the business plan itself, and incorporates the use of Porter’s SLEPT and SWOT analysis It is the intention for this thesis to be utilised (by the author) to establish a fully operational real estate agency. With this in mind, a low-cost and fact-based business plan is proposed to provide the underpinning and realisation of a highly competitive and functional real estate agency. This includes the details of an innovative and modern approach to the presentation of real estate.
