[cze][eng] K vybrání tématu diplomové práce mě inspirovalo přečtení článku, který napsal znepokojený rodinný příslušník nemocného s duševním onemocněním. Stigma duševně nemocného se netýká nejen pacienta samotného, zasahuje také i psychiatry, ošetřovatelský personál, který s těmito lidmi pracuje, ale především postihuje jejich rodiny a blízké. Duševní onemocnění pro ně znamená zátěž jak psychickou, tak i sociální, dochází ke změnám rolí v rodině, je ovlivněno i emocionální klima. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na spolupráci sester, rodiny a multidisciplinárního týmu. Věnuje se také osobnosti sestry v psychiatrické péči, možnostem psychiatrické rehabilitace, komunikaci a edukaci v psychiatrii. Dále se zabývá samotnou rodinou duševně nemocného a formami podpory pro rodiny. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, zda psychiatrické sestry zapojují rodiny duševně nemocných do ošetřovatelské péče. Druhým cílem bylo zjistit, zda jsou rodiny duševně nemocných seznámeny se všemi možnostmi psychiatrické léčby ve všech oblastech péče. Cíle práce byly splněny. Pro tuto práci byl zvolen kvantitativní výzkum, techniky - dotazníku a standardizovaného rozhovoru. První výzkumný soubor tvořilo 212 sester pracujících v psychiatrické péči, druhý výzkumný soubor tvořilo 33 rodinných příslušníků. Na základě výsledků bylo zjištěno, že sestry nemají čas na edukaci rodin při směně. Sestry motivují rodiny k aktivní účasti na péči o jejich blízké a nemají problémy při komunikaci s rodinami. Dále z výsledků vyplývá, že rodiny mají přístup k informacím a jsou také spokojeny s poskytovanými informacemi od zdravotnického personálu, rodiny využívají poskytnuté informace při péči o své blízké. K výzkumným cílům jsme stanovili 6 hypotéz, z nichž 5 hypotéz bylo potvrzeno, 1 hypotéza byla vyvrácena. Součástí práce je vytvořená edukační hodina, která může pomoci nelékařským zdravotnickým pracovníkům orientovat se v oblasti edukace. Také byla sestavena edukační hodina pro rodinné příslušníky na téma {\clqq}Vhodné chování rodinných příslušníků k duševně nemocným``, která může být použita při edukování rodin. I was inspired to choose this diploma thesis by reading an article written by an anxious family member of a person suffering from a mental illness. The stigma of a mentally ill patient does not affect only the patient themselves, it also extends to psychiatrists and nursing staff who work with these people, but it also affects their families and close relatives. For them mental illness is a burden from the psychological as well as social perspective; there are changes in family roles, the emotional climate is influenced too. The theoretical part focuses on the cooperation of nurses, families and a multidisciplinary team. It also deals with the personality of the nurse in psychiatric care, psychiatric rehabilitation limitations, communication and education in psychiatry. It also deals with the family of a mentally ill person and forms of support provided to families. The objective of this thesis was to determine whether psychiatric nurses involve families of the mentally ill in nursing care. The secondary objective was to determine whether the families of the mentally ill are aware of all the possibilities of psychiatric treatment in all areas of care. These objectives have been met. A quantitative research, the techniques of a questionnaire and a standardized interview were chosen for this work. The first research set consisted of 212 nurses working in psychiatric care; the second research set consisted of 33 families. Based on the results, it was found that nurses do not have time to educate families during their shifts. The nurses encourage families to participate actively in caring for their relatives and they have no problems in communicating with the families. Furthermore, the results indicate that families do have access to information and they are satisfied with the information from healthcare professionals; families use the information provided in the care of their relatives. Six hypotheses were set to obtain the research objectives, of which 5 hypotheses have been confirmed and a hypothesis has been refuted. This work also included an educational lesson that can help non-medical professionals to orientate in education. An educational lesson on ``Appropriate behaviour of family members of the mentally ill{\crqq}, which can be used in educating families, was prepared for family members.
