[cze][eng] Práce s názvem Ošetřovatelská péče u dítěte s trakcí se skládá ze dvou částí. První je část teoretická, která je zaměřena na anatomii kostí, specifické zlomeniny u dětí, úrazovost v dětském věku, diagnostiku a léčbu zlomenin, ošetřovatelský proces, nemocniční školy a dobrovolníky na dětských odděleních. Druhá část práce je výzkumná. Pro šetření byly stanoveny dva cíle a čtyři výzkumné otázky. Cílem práce bylo zjistit specifika ošetřovatelské péče u dítěte s trakcí a zjistit možnosti zaměstnávání dítěte s trakcí v nemocnici. Výzkumné otázky byly stanoveny tyto: Má ošetřovatelská péče u dítěte s trakcí svá specifika? Jaká jsou specifika ošetřovatelské péče u dítěte s trakcí? Je dítě s trakcí ze strany sester podporováno v sebeobslužných činnostech? Jsou dobrovolníci součástí týmu pečujícího o dítě s trakcí? V práci byla použita kvalitativní forma šetření. Údaje byly zprácovány prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s dětmi na trakci, jejich matkami a sestrami, pečujícími o tyto děti a skrytým pozorováním. Rozhovor obsahoval 30 otázek pro sestry a 20 otázek pro děti a s nimi hospitalizované matky. Ze získaných dat byly vytvořeny kazuistiky a otázky z rozhovorů byly zaznamenány do tabulek, rovněž jako výsledky skrytého pozorování.Na základě zhodnocení výsledků byly stanoveny odpovědi na výkumné otázky:Ošetřovatelská péče u dítěte s trakcí má specifika v péči o pokožku dítěte.Ošetřovatelská péče u dítěte s trakcí má svá specifika v oblasti hygieny.Dítě s trakcí je podporováno v sebeobslužných činnostech ze strany sester.Děti jsou edukovány o vhodných a nevhodných pohybech končetinou.Ošetřovatelská péče u dítěte s trakcí má svá specifika v oblasti rehabilitace.Děti s trakcí jsou zapojeni do školy při nemocnici. Součástí péče o dítě s trakcí je vyplnění volnočasové aktivity dítěte během dne, do které se zapojují dobrovolníci, pedagogové z nemocniční školy a družiny, ale i rodiče dítěte.Dobrovolníci jsou součástí týmu pečujícího o dítě. Ošetřovatelská péče u dítěte s trakcí má svá specifika.Péči o dítě s trakcí zajišťuje multidisciplinární tým, který vedle lékařů a sester, zapojuje do léčebného procesu fyzioterapeuty, sociální pracovníky, psychology, pedagogy z nemocniční školy a družiny, dobrovolníky, herní specialisty či rodiče hospitalizovaného dítěte. Výsledky šetření byly shrnuty do manuálu ošetřovatelské péče u dítěte s trakcí pro rodiče a budou nabídnuty rodičům dětí, aby jim usnadnily pochopení léčby a poskytnutí kvalitní ošetřovatelské péče. Výsledky budou uveřejněny v článku v odborném časopise pro sestry. This bachleor work being titled ?Nursing care of children with traction? consists of two sections. The first section deals with theory, i.e. it represents a theoretical part which focuses on anatomy of bones, specific fractures of children?s fractures, children's accident frequency rate, diagnostics and fracture therapy, nursing process, hospital schools and volunteers at children?s wards. The second section deals with research. For the purpose of the research two goals have been established as well as four research tasks. The aim of this work is to find out specific features of the nursing care of the children with traction and to find out the possibilities of making children with traction busy during children?s hospitalisation period. The research tasks having been set are as follows: Has nursing care of a child with traction any specific features? What are the specific features of nursing care of a child with traction? Is a child with traction encouraged in his/her self-serving activities by nursing personnel? Are volunteers an integral part of a team providing nursing care services for a child with traction? In this work qualitative research has been applied. The data have been processed by means of half-structured interviews with children on traction, their mothers and sisters providing health care services for the abovementioned children and by hidden observations. The interviews consisted in 30 questions for nurses and 20 questions intended for both hospitalised children and mothers being hospitalised together with their children. From the data having been obtained from the interviews case reports have been made and the questions from the interviews have been recorded to the form of matrices as well as the results from hidden observations.On the basis of the results evaluations the responses and answers regarding the questions having been put to executive questions the following conclusions have been made: The nursing care of children with traction has shown specific features in the care of the children?s epiderms. The nursing care of the children with traction has shown its features in the area of hygiene.A child with traction is encouraged and supported in self-serving activities by nursing personnel.The children have been educated regarding suitable and unsuitable moving actions of their limbs. The nursing care of the children with traction has shown its specific features in the area of physiotherapy.The children with traction are integrated in the hospital school curriculum.An integral part of the care devoted to a child with traction is making them take up free time activities in the course of a day in which not only the volunteers, and pedagogues from hospital school and after-school care centre are participating but also the children?s parents. The aforementioned volunteers are an integral part of the team taking care of the children with traction.The nursing care of a child with traction has its specific features. The nursing care of a child with traction is provided by multidiscipline team that besides doctors of medicine and professional nurses within the scope of medical treatment process has been joined by physiotherapists, social workers, psychologists, pedagogues from hospital school a after-school care centre, volunteers, play and game specialists or the parents of the hospitalised children.The results of the above specified research have been summarized into a manual dealing with nursing care of a child with traction intended for parents and it will be offered to the parents of the children with traction in order to make understanding of the therapy easier for the parents and provide the parents with quality nursing care. The results will be published in an article in the professional magazine for nurses.
