[cze][eng] Ve své práci, teoretické části, jsem na základě nejnovějších poznatků z praxe a vědeckých výzkumů uvedl stručný přehled k pojmům jako je pytláctví, lov zvěře, choroby zvěře. Zaměřil jsem se na popis chorob, které jsou člověku nebezpečné a mají vliv na jeho zdraví. V celé práci jsem se zaměřil na pokus o hlubší analýzu problému pytláctví, kde jsem se snažil poukázat na současný stav tohoto problému v České republice se zaměřením na pytláctví z hlediska zdravotních rizik a sociálněkriminálního pohledu a s ním spojený problém etický a morální. V souvislosti s pytláctvím je zde uvedena současná právní úprava a okrajově se zde dotýkám i dopadu pytláctví na ekonomiku. Cílem výzkumu bakalářské práce bylo zodpovědět výzkumnou otázku, zda došlo k nárůstu pytláctví v Jihočeském kraji a zda se skutečně jedná o celospolečensky závažné téma. Jako metodiku jsem použil sekundární analýzu dat to shromažďovaných Policií České republiky, Ministerstvem Zemědělství České republiky a Českomoravskou mysliveckou jednotou. Vyhodnocení všech zjištěných údajů jednoznačně ukazuje, že se jedná o společensky závažné téma, avšak k posouzení důsledku novely trestného činu pytláctví uplynula doposud krátká doba, aby jej bylo možno objektivně vyhodnotit. Současné skutečnosti však zakládají jasnou představu o tom, že novela ustanovení trestného činu pytláctví nebyla vhodným řešením skutečného stavu. Budeme-li vycházet ze současného stavu pytláctví v České republice a problémů s ním souvisejících, nelze než konstatovat, že do budoucna je dle mého názoru jediným efektivním a systémovým řešením přijetí novely ustanovení trestného činu pytláctví. Pytláctví nelze ve společnosti vymýtit, ale lze jej úspěšně korigovat. Pytláctví nebylo a není jevem náhodným či ojedinělým, je a bude se vyskytovat za jakéhokoliv režimu, bez ohledu na represi. Based on the latest knowledge from work experience and scientific research, the theoretical part of this thesis briefly outlines terms like poaching, game hunting and diseases in game. I concentrated on the description of those diseases dangerous to mankind and affecting its health. The whole thesis focuses on trying to analyse the problem of poaching in depth, pointing out the present state of this issue in the Czech Republic, particularly from the point of view of the health risks as well as from the social and criminal views, mentioning the related ethical and moral issues. The current legal regulations are specified in connection with poaching and the impact of poaching on the economy is also marginally referred to. The objective of the thesis research was to answer the research question, whether poaching has increased within the Region of South Bohemia and whether it can be considered an all-society serious issue. The research procedure used was a secondary analysis of the data gathered by the Police of the Czech Republic, the Czech Ministry of Agriculture and the Czech and Moravian Gamekeepers{\crq} Association. The evaluation of all details gained unambiguously indicates that the issue is a serious one; however a relatively short time has passed since the amendment establishing poaching as a crime to assess objectively the consequences. Current facts nevertheless lay the groundwork for a clear outcome that the amendment establishing poaching as a crime has not been an appropriate solution to the actual situation. Considering the present state of poaching in the Czech Republic and problems related, it can only be stated that the only effective and system solution for the future lies in passing an amendment to the establishing poaching as a crime. Poaching cannot be eradicated within society; it can however be successfully rectified. Poaching has never been and is not a coincidental and sporadic phenomenon - it is going to occur throughout any political regime, irrespective of its repression.
