Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zaměřuje na vydefinování pojmů nestátní nezisková organizace a supervize. Velká míra pozornosti je pak v práci věnována zavádění supervize do organizací a také překážkám, které v tomto procesu hrají důležitou roli. Cílem výzkumné části práce bylo zmapovat současný stav zavádění supervize v nestátních neziskových organizacích poskytujících sociální služby v Jihočeském kraji. Prvním dílčím cílem bylo zmapovat důvody zavedení supervize v těchto organizacích. Druhým dílčím cílem bylo zjistit překážky bránící organizacím v zavedení supervize na jejich pracovišti. Pro realizaci výzkumné části práce byl zvolen kvalitativní typ výzkumu, metoda dotazování, technika polořízených rozhovorů. Výzkumný soubor tvořili ředitelé, ředitelky, popř. vedoucí pracovníci nestátních neziskových organizací poskytujících sociální služby a jejich zaměstnanci. Z výsledků je zřejmé, že účinnost zákona o sociálních službách, tzn. i Standardů kvality sociálních služeb, není jediným důvodem pro zavádění supervize. Podle odpovědí respondentů je těchto důvodů mnohem víc. Chápání důvodů zavedení supervize je ovšem rozdílné u vedení organizací a u jejich zaměstnanců. Výzkum také ukázal, že nedostatek finančních prostředků je hlavní překážkou zavádění supervize do nestátních neziskových organizací, které poskytují sociální služby. Autorka v diskusi navrhuje možná řešení tohoto problému. Tato práce může být podkladem pro zavedení supervize do organizací, kde dosud není využívána. Práce může přispět k usnadnění zavádění supervize do organizací, které poskytují sociální služby díky tomu, že došlo k detekci a popsání jednotlivých překážek. Dále by tato práce mohla být přínosem pro studenty a pracovníky pomáhajících profesí. In the theoretical section the diploma thesis is focused on giving definitions of the terms a non-state non-profit organization and supervision. A great extent of attention is then paid to the introduction of supervision into organizations and obstacles that play an important role in this process. The aim of the research section of the thesis was to survey the current state of the introduction of supervision in non-state non-profit organizations providing social services in the South Bohemian Region. The first partial objective was to map the reasons for the introduction of supervision in these organizations. The other partial objective was to identify the obstacles preventing organizations from the introduction of supervision in their workplaces. To conduct the research of the thesis, the qualitative research was chosen, the interviewing method, the technique of semi-conducted interviews The research group consisted of directors or managing directors of non-state non-profit organizations providing social services, and their employees. From the results it is evident that the effectiveness of the Act on Social Services, i.e. also of the Standards of quality of social services, is not the only reason for the introduction of supervision. According to the answers of addressed respondents, there are much more reasons for this measure. Understanding the reasons for the introduction of supervision, however, is different in the management of an organizations and in its employees. The research has also shown that the lack of funds is the major obstacle in implementing supervision into non-state non-profit organizations that provide social services. The author proposes possible solutions to this problem in the discussion. This thesis may be the basis for the introduction of supervision in organizations where it is not used yet. The work can contribute to facilitate the introduction of supervision into organizations providing social services because individual obstacles have been detected and described. Furthermore, this work could be beneficial for students and the staff of helping professions.
