Bakalářská práce, zpracovaná na téma Užívání Nitroglycerinu z ošetřovatelského hlediska, se zabývá současným stavem, cíli práce a hypotézami, metodikou, výsledky, diskuzí a závěrem. Současný stav dané problematiky práce se zabývá přehledem onemocnění kardiovaskulárního systému, jako jsou ateroskleróza, ischemická choroba srdeční, hypertenze, infarkt myokardu, plicní embolie, tromboembolická nemoc, náhlá koronární smrt. Tato část se také věnuje dědičnosti kardiovaskulárních onemocnění, podílu rizikových faktorů na vzniku kardiovaskulárních onemocnění. Dále je zde podrobněji pojednáváno o mechanismu účinku nitrátů. Práce se také zabývá rolí sestry v ošetřovatelské péči, informovaností pacienta, komunikací a edukací pacienta, užívajícího nitráty. Závěr kapitoly je věnován příkladům ošetřovatelských diagnóz. The undergraduate thesis, concerning the topic of {\clqq}The nursing implication of the usage of nitroglycerin``, presents the up-to-date situation, the goals of the thesis and the hypotheses, methodology, the results, the discussion and the conclusion. The up-to-date situation of given issue of the thesis summarises the diseases of cardiovascular system, such as atherosclerosis, ischemic heart disease, hypertension, myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, thromboembolic disease, sudden coronary death. This part is also dedicated to the hereditary transmission of cardiovascular diseases, the proportion of risk factors on the development of cardiovascular diseases. Further it describes in details the mechanism of the effect of nitrates. The thesis is also concerned with the role of the nurse in clinical care, the patients´ awareness, communication and education of the nitrates users. The closing part of the chapter presents the examples of nursing diagnoses.
