Alergie představují aktuální zdravotní problém současnosti. Se stoupající spotřebou léků se úměrně zvyšuje také výskyt alergií lékových. Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl zmapovat ošetřovatelskou péči o nemocné s lékovou alergií, zaměřit se na ošetřovatelský proces při podávání léků a vymezit specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s lékovou alergií. Pro praktickou část práce byla v rámci kvantitativního výzkumu využita metoda dotazování - technika dotazníku. Výzkumný soubor pro dotazníkové šetření tvořily sestry pracující v lůžkových a ambulantních zdravotnických zařízeních a agenturách domácí péče. Allergies management is one of topical medical issues. Together with the increasing drug consumption the number of drug allergies rises. The objective of this thesis is to survey the nursing care of patients with drug allergies, focusing on the nursing process at administering medications and to define specifics of nursing care of patients with a drug allergy. In the practical part of this thesis the quantitative method using the questionnaire technique was involved. Questionnaire respondents were nurses working in inpatient and outpatient health care facilities and home care agencies.
