Práca sa zameria na analýzu a optimalizáciu informačných nástrojov Supply Chain Manažmentu v prostredí konkrétnej pobočky spoločnosti DHL Exel Supply Chain. Cieľom práce je predstavenie spoločnosti, charakteristika jej Supply Chain prostredia, navrhnutie optimálneho informačného nástroja a jeho popis. Práce sa zaměřuje na analýzu a optimalizaci informačních nástrojů Supply Chain Management v prostředí konkrétní pobočky společnosti DHL Exel Supply Chain. Cílem práce je představení společnosti, charakteristika její Supply Chain prostředí, navrhnutí optimálního informačního nástroje a jeho popis. Thesis focuses on analysis and optimization of Supply Chain Management information tools in the branch of DHL Exel Supply Chain. The aim of the project is the introduction of the company, characteristics of its Supply Chain environment, and optimization and description of its information tool.
