[cze][eng] Teoretická část této bakalářské práce se v úvodu zabývá tématem senioři a s tím souvisejícími otázkami stáří, kdy senior je specifickou demograficky a věkově vymezenou skupinou populace. Vyšší věk člověka sebou přináší určitá specifika. I z tohoto důvodu je vhodné analyzovat seniory v případě patologických společenských jevů. Tak jako jsou mezi seniory objeti trestných činů a to v převážné míře v souvislosti s domácím násilím a krádežemi, jsou zde i lidé závislí a v neposlední řadě jsou v této generaci zastoupeni i pachatelé trestných činů. Tato práce a její pojetí, je zaměřená jak na problematiku seniorů, tak na problematiku jejich trestné činnosti, které jsou schopni se dopustit. Teoretická část se rovněž zabývá tématem trestný čin a pachatel a pojmy s tím související. V praktické části této bakalářské práce je proveden výzkum formou narativního rozhovoru s vybranými pachateli trestné činnosti, kteří jsou v seniorském věku - nad 65 let věku, za účelem zjištění, co uvedené jedince vedlo ke spáchání trestného činu, zda vůbec jsou schopni si tuto skutečnost uvědomit a posoudit dopad uvedeného jednání na společnost a formou analýzy dat, je tato práce doplněna přehledem trestné činnosti seniorů. Proto se tedy autor v analýze zaměřuje na problematiku trestné činnosti seniorů a vnímání této činnosti samotnými seniory. Vychází z narativních rozhovorů s pachateli této trestné činnosti a zároveň toto porovnává v kontextu se sekundární analýzou dat nápadu trestné činnosti a nakonec vyslovuje hypotézy o těchto souvislostech. Výsledky ukazují, že senioři jsou schopni si uvědomit a posoudit čeho se dopustily a jaký dopad má jejich trestná činnost na ně samé, ale i na společnost jako takovou, kdy analýzou dat bylo zjištěno, že z celkového počtu zjištěných pachatelů trestných činů představuje jakožto pachatel trestného činu senior v procentním zastoupení všech zjištěných pachatelů trestné činnosti procentní zastoupení v populaci číslem 2,11%. S přihlédnutím k tomu, že na území České republiky je 13,8% osob starších 65 let, je s přihlédnutím k sociální a ekonomické situaci důchodců procentní zastoupení seniorů jakožto pachatelů trestné činnosti v celku minimální.At the beginning, the theoretical part of this thesis deals with the subject of seniors and related issues of old age, with seniors being a specific population group defined demographically and age-wise. Higher age brings a human being certain particularities. Therefore it is appropriate to analyse seniors in the case of pathological social occurrences. On one side, there are victims of crimes amongst seniors, predominantly in connection with domestic violence and thefts, on the other hand there are addicted seniors or even crime offenders included in this generation. This thesis and its conception focus on the subject of seniors as well as on the subject of their criminal activity, which they are capable of committing. The theoretical part also deals with the subject of criminal offence and the offender as well as related terms. The practical part of the thesis includes a survey carried out through narrative discussion with selected crime offenders in the senior age ? over 65 in order to find out, what made the particular individuals commit crimes and whether they can at all realise this fact and assess the impact of the mentioned behaviour on society. The thesis is completed with the outline of criminal offences of seniors by means of data analysis. The author therefore focuses on the question of criminal activity of seniors in the analysis as well as on the perception of this activity by the seniors themselves. He uses the narrative discussions with the criminal offenders and at the same time compares this within the context of secondary data analysis of the idea for criminal activity. In the end, he expresses hypotheses about this context. The results indicate that seniors can realise and assess the extent of their crime as well as the impact of their crime on them and on society. The data analysis showed that the percentage of seniors committing crimes out of the total amount of all established crime offenders is 2.11%. Considering the fact that there are 13.8% people over 65 within the Czech Republic and with regard to the social and economic situation of pensioners, it can be said that the percentage of seniors as crime offenders is minimal on the whole.
