[cze][eng] ABSTRAKT Tématem této práce je význam svalové dysbalance v kontextu funkčních poruch páteře. Téma práce je velmi aktuální, jelikož velká část populace trpí vertebrogenními poruchami funkčního charakteru, které jsou způsobené právě svalovou nerovnováhou. Cílem první části práce bylo zpracování teoretické analýzy problematiky svalových dysbalancí a funkčních poruch páteře. Obsahem této kapitoly je úvod do anatomie, kineziologie osového skeletu a patogeneze svalových dysbalancí a funkčních poruch páteře. Dále obsahuje informace o diagnostických a terapeutických postupech u těchto poruch. Cílem výzkumné části bylo zmapovat následky dlouhodobého působení svalové dysbalance na skeletální struktury páteře za pomoci standardních vyšetřovacích metod fyzioterapie a také zhodnotit účinnost ovlivňování dysbalance a funkčních poruch páteře pomocí standardních a alternativních terapeutických přístupů. Pro výzkumnou část práce byla zvolena metoda kvalitativního výzkumu. Soubor tvoří tři pacienti, kteří navštěvovali rehabilitační ambulanci Nemocnice České Budějovice a.s. Všichni tři byli léčeni pro vzniklou svalovou nerovnováhu a funkční poruchy páteře. Testovaný soubor byl sledován několik měsíců a výsledky byly zpracovány formou případové studie. Pacienti se naučili postupům, jak účinně čelit těmto poruchám a provádět preventivní opatření proti jejich vzniku. U všech pacientů došlo ke zmírnění nebo minimalizaci svalové dysbalance a k ústupu velké části funkčních blokád páteře za použití rozdílných léčebných postupů. Došlo ke zkvalitnění funkce hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře a zlepšení statiky a dynamiky páteře. Byly zmapovány následky, které způsobilo dlouhodobé působení svalové dysbalance a zhodnocena účinnost zvolené terapie. Tato práce by mohla být využita pro potřeby studia budoucích fyzioterapeutů, ale i jako informační materiál pro pacienty trpícími svalovými dysbalancemi a funkčními poruchami páteře a v prevenci těchto poruch. ABSTRACT A topic of my thesis is an importance of the muscular imbalance in the context of functional disorders of the spine. The topic has been very up-to-date, because a large proportion of the population suffers from vertebral disorders of functional nature, which are just caused by muscular imbalances. A goal of the first part of the thesis was a theoretic analysis of the problem of muscular imbalances and functional disorders of the spine. A content of that chapter is an introduction to anatomy, kinesiology of an axial skeleton and pathogenesis of the muscular imbalances and functional disorders of the spine. Then it contains information about diagnostic and therapeutic procedures at those disorders. The goal of the research part was to map effects of a long-term exposure of muscular imbalance to the skeletal structures of the spine using standard examination methods of physiotherapy and also to evaluate an efficiency of influencing the imbalances and functional disorders of the spine with standard and alternative therapeutic approaches. For the research part of the thesis I chose a method of the qualitative research. The sample has consisted of three patients who attended a rehabilitation clinic at Hospital in České Budějovice. All three were treated for an incurred muscular imbalance and functional disorders of the spine. The tested sample was monitored for several months and results were processed in a form of case study. The patients learned principles how to deal with those disorders effectively and to implement preventive measures against their emergence. There came about the alleviation or minimisation of the muscular imbalance and about a retreat of a large part of functional blocks of the spine using different ways of treatments at all the patients. Also functions of a deep stabilization system of the spine were improved as well as statics and dynamics of the spine. Consequences caused by a long-term exposure of muscular imbalance were mapped and an effectiveness of the selected therapy was evaluated. This thesis could be used for the purposes of the study of future physiotherapists and also as an information material for patients suffering from muscular imbalances and functional disorders of the spine and in the prevention of those disorders.
