Hrobská, E. Komparace vybraných zdravotnických zařízení v České republice a na Slovensku. Bakalářská práce. Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2022. Bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením a komparací legislativní a ekonomické roviny Dětské psychiatrické nemocnici Opařany, která se nachází v České republice a Dětské psychiatrické léčebně n.o. Hraň, lokalizované na Slovensku. Obě zařízení se specializují na psychiatrickou péči dětí a mladistvých. V první části teoretické práce je všeobecně nastíněno fungování zdravotnictví vymezené v slovenské a české právní úpravě. V druhé části jsou charakterizovány neziskové organizace a speciální pozornost je věnována státním neziskovým organizacím, jejich fungovaní a hospodaření. V poslední části teoretické práce je prostor věnovaný teoretickému rámci vybraným metodám elementární analýzy, pomocí kterých je vypracovaná praktická část bakalářské práce. Na základě výsledků vybraných metod elementární analýzy jsou v závěrečné části práce posouzeny a komparovány obě vybrané zařízení. Hrobská, E. This bachelor thesis seeks to assess and compare the legislative and economic environment of the Children’s Psychiatric Hospital Opařany, which is in the Czech Republic, and the Children’s Psychiatric Hospital Hraň, located in Slovakia. Both facilities specialize in the psychiatric care of children and adolescents. The first – theoretical – part of the thesis focuses on the general functioning of the respective healthcare systems, as defined in the Slovak and Czech legislation. The second part characterizes non-profit organizations, with special attention being paid to state non-profit organizations, their operations, and management. The last part of the theoretical work is devoted to the theoretical framework for selected methods of elementary analysis, which are used to developing the practical part of the bachelor thesis. The concluding part of the thesis provides assessment and comparison of both hospitals drawing on the results of selected methods of elementary analysis.
