Tato diplomová práce představuje principy tvorby permakulturních zahrad s přihlédnutím ke specifickým podmínkám tropického deštného lesa v kantonu Gualaquiza, v Ekvádoru. Cílem práce bylo vytvoření návrhu projektu permakulturní zahrady, v podobě odpovídající požadavkům výběrového řízení pro malý lokální projekt. Teoretická část rozebírá alternativní způsoby a možnosti hospodaření. Následují možnosti zapojení do rozvojové spolupráce v podmínkách České repub-liky. Na základě rozvojové výzvy byla vytvořena kompletní projektová dokumentace k vytvoření permakulturní zahrady na pozemcích neziskové organizace Bosque Medicinal. V závěru práce jsou diskutovány příležitosti rozvoje projektu v budoucnosti. Závěr práce je dostupný také v anglickém a španělském jazyce. This diploma thesis presents principles of creating permaculture gardens with consideration of specific conditions of tropical rain forest in the canton Gualaquiza, Ecuador. The aim of this thesis was to create a project proposal for a permaculture garden in a form corresponding to the requirements of the selection procedure for a small local project. The theoretical part discusses alternative ways and possibilities of agriculture. The following are the possibilities of involvement in development cooperation in the conditions of the Czech Republic. Based on the development call, a complete project was created for the creation of a permaculture garden on the fields owned by the non-profit organization Bosque Medicinal. At the end of the thesis, there are discussed opportunities for project development in the future. The conclusion is also available in English and Spanish.
