Práce je zaměřena na multiparametrickou diagnostiku, která je dnes důležitou součástí údržby strojů a zařízení. Zabývá se využitím oborů jako je vibrodiagnostika, elektrodiagnostika, termodiagnostika, tribodiagnostika, montážní a optická měření i dalších diagnostických metod za účelem získání uceleného obrazu o sledovaných zařízeních. V práci je i rozebrán moderní postup využití multiparametrické diagnostiky pro zjištění příčin problémů a definování vhodných opatření v rámci údržby. Disertační práce vychází konkrétně z implementace multiparametrické diagnostiky do provozuschopnosti pohonů s proměnlivými otáčkami a zdůvodňuje nutný reengineering systému údržby u těchto zařízení. Daný systém údržby si jednoznačně vyžádá změnu inspekční činnosti především po stránce kvalitativní, ale určitě také kvantitativní verifikaci a validaci naměřených dat in situ, adekvátní změnu zpracovávané dokumentace výrobcem, resp. dodavatelem, tak vedené u uživatele apod. Vlastní práce je postavena na základní myšlence, dokážu-li něco změřit a diagnostikovat, tak mohu prohlásit, že o tom něco znám. The work is focused on multiparametric diagnostics, which is an important part of machine and equipment maintenance today. It deals with the use of fields such as vibrodiagnostics, electrodiagnostics, thermodiagnostics, tribodiagnostics, assembly and optical measurements as well as other diagnostic methods in order to obtain a complete picture of the monitored devices. The work also discusses the modern procedure of using multiparametric diagnostics to identify the causes of problems and define appropriate measures in the framework of maintenance. The dissertation is based specifically on the implementation of multiparametric diagnostics in the operability of drives with variable speeds and justifies the necessary reengineering of the maintenance system for these devices. The given maintenance system will clearly require a change in the inspection activity primarily in terms of quality, but certainly also quantitative verification and validation of the measured data in situ, an adequate change in the documentation processed by the manufacturer, or by the supplier, conducted by the user, etc. The work itself is based on the basic idea that if I can measure and diagnose something, then I can declare that I know something about it.
