Metodika je výsledkem řešení výzkumného projektu č. TH04030206 s názvem: Výzkum využití fyzikálních metod sterilizace vajec pro líhnění. Cílem projektu je rozvoj fyzikálních metod sterilizace násadových vajec - zejm. rozvoj metody nízkoteplotního plazmatu (NTP). Metoda NTP je nasazena se záměrem zvýšit efektivitu drůbežího chovu a výrazně snížit zdravotní a ekologickou zátěž. Zvýšením přidané hodnoty a efektivity chovu dále projekt přispívá ke konkurenceschopnosti drůbežářského průmyslu a tím i k potravinové soběstačnosti ČR. The methodology is the result of the solution of the research project No. TH04030206 entitled: Develoment of methods of physical sterilization of hatching eggs. The project is focused on a hatching egg sterilization based on physical methods - namely low temperature plasma (LTP). Compared to the existing methods, LTP should result in an increased efficiency of poultry farming and eliminated health and ecological risks. The higher added value and efficiency further contribute to higher competitiveness of the poultry industry and food self-sufficiency of the Czech Republic.
