Cílem této bakalářské práce je prostřednictvím tří podrobných právních analýz ústavních zákonů přiblížit konstituční a politický vývoj v anglickém království ve druhé polovině 17. a na začátku 18. století. Vše je nahlíženo především z perspektivy anglického království a jejich vedoucích činitelů. The purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to describe constitutional and political evolution of the Kingdom of England in the second half of 17th century and the beginning of 18th century, using three in-depth analyses of constitutional laws. Topic is viewed mostly through perspective of the crown and its leading functionaries.
