Problematika oběti trestného činu v kriminologii Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice oběti trestného činu v kriminologii. Jejím cílem je uvést čtenáře do této problematiky, a to nejen skrze popsání vývoje pohledu na oběť v historii, ale také tím, že ho provedu procesem viktimizace a obeznámením mimo jiné s tím, jakou roli v něm může sehrát chování oběti nebo vztah mezi obětí a pachatelem. Zároveň v ní uvádím, jaké faktory mohou mít vliv na to, že se kdokoliv může stát obětí, a jaké dopady může trestný čin na oběť mít. V neposlední řadě v ní popisuji současný stav ochrany oběti ve vybraných právních předpisech a druhy pomoci obětem poskytované. Pozornost věnuji také viktimologické prevenci, jejím druhům a podobám. V textu práce zmiňuji i několik návrhů de lege ferenda. Metoda, kterou jsem ve své práci použila, je především deskriptivní a analytická. Tato práce je rozčleněna na úvod, pět částí, které se následně dělí do kapitol a některé do bodů, a na závěr. První část se věnuje vymezení kriminologie a poté viktimologie, jejímu předmětu, stručně nastíněné historii vývoje a měnícímu se pohledu na oběť. Zabývá se také pojmem oběť v kriminologii a jednotlivými typologiemi obětí ˗˗ jak obecnými typy obětí, tak zvláštními typy obětí, jako jsou oběti senioři, oběti domácího násilí a oběti... The issue of the crime victim in criminology Abstract This thesis deals with the issue of the crime victim in criminology. It aims to introduce the reader to this issue not only through describing the development of the view of the victim throughout history, but also by taking the reader through the process of victimization and introducing them to, among other things, the role that the victim's behaviour or the relationship between victim and offender may play in this process. I also outline what factors can influence anyone to become a victim and the impact a crime can have on a victim. Finally, I describe the current state of victim protection in selected legislation and the types of assistance provided to victims. I also pay attention to victimological prevention, its types and forms. In the text of the thesis, I also mention several de lege ferenda proposals. The method I have used in my thesis is mainly descriptive and analytical. This thesis is divided into an introduction, five additional parts, which are then divided into chapters and some into sections, and a conclusion.
