Opiátová závislost představuje v dnešní době značně složitý jak medicínský, tak společenský problém. S miliony postižených tuto nemocí, či jejími následky, po celém světě, si tato forma závislosti žádá efektivní řešení, které opioidní farmakoterapie, ať už na bázi metadonu, buprenorfinu či naloxonu, může poskytnout. Nicméně vzhledem ke vzrůstajícímu počtu nejen případů, ale i úmrtí spojených s předávkováním, terapeutické programy pro léčbu opiátové závislosti však zůstávají stále nedostatečně využívané v medicínské praxi. Tato práce je zaměřená na možnosti substituční léčby založené na využití opioidní farmakoterapie, které se při léčbě opiátové závislosti využívají. Velká část práce se soustředí na popisu průběhu terapeutických zákroků, jejich přínosů, ale i jejich nedostatků. Klíčová slova: opiátová závislost, farmakoterapie, metadon, buprenorfin, naloxon Opiate addiction represents a difficult problem, both medically and socially. With millions of affected people, either by such kinds of addiction or its side effects, across the globe, the condition requires its resolution to be effective, which can be provided by opioid pharmacotherapy, either methadone-, buprenorphine- or naloxone-based. In regard to increasing numbers of not only cases but also deaths, related to drug overdose, opiate addiction treatments still remain underused in medical settings. This thesis summarizes pharmacotherapy practices used during opioid use disorder treatments.
