(česky) Diplomová práce má za svůj hlavní cíl navrhnout možnosti změn podmínek nároků na starobní důchod, kterými jsou dosažení důchodového věku a potřebná doba pojištění. V teoretické části je zejména popisován vývoj důchodového systému a jeho změny v tomto tisíciletí: změny u podmínek nároků na starobní důchod, činnost důchodových komisí a doporučení od odborníků a odborných organizací pro úpravy systému. V teoretické části jsou popsány další související oblasti s podmínkami nároků, které je mohou ovlivňovat a musí být též s nimi pracováno v rámci systému a pro vytvoření možných návrhů změn. V praktické části je využita sekundární analýzu dat u politických dokumentů, průzkumů veřejného mínění, statistických dat a zahraniční komparace k navržení možností změn, kdy jejich cílem je především zajištění větší stability a udržitelnosti I. průběžného pilíře. In the theoretical part, the thesis mainly describes the development of the pension system and its changes in this millennium in relation to the eligibility criteria for retirement pension, the work of pension commissions and the recommendations of experts and professional organizations for modification of the system. In the theoretical part, other related areas are described with claim conditions that may affect them and must also be worked within the system for possible change proposals. The practical part uses secondary data analysis of political documents, opinion polls, statistical data and comparisons of international research to propose the options for changes, where the main goal is to provide greater stability and sustainability of the first continuous pillar.
