Název: Komparativní analýza aktivace svalů pletence pánevního a trupu při chůzi v různých typech bot a naboso Cíle: Cílem práce je porovnat aktivitu vybraných svalů trupu a pletence pánevního při chůzi v konfekční sportovní obuvi, v barefoot obuvi a naboso. Metody: Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 9 probandů, zdravých lidí, co chodí minimálně 3 měsíce v barefoot botách a splňují věkovou hranici 18-60 let. Pomocí povrchových elektrod byla snímaná EMG aktivita 5ti svalů. Sledovaným pohybem byla chůze po trávě v konfekční obuvi, v barefoot obuvi a naboso. Data získaná z experimentu byla importována a statisticky zpracována v programu MS excel s nainstalovaným softwarem XLSTAT a ve statistickém programu Jamovi. Pro statistickou analýzu dat byla použita ANOVA, nepárový t-test. Výsledky: Statistické zpracování dat odhalilo signifikantní rozdíl ze 75 % v maximální svalové aktivitě při porovnání mezi chůzí v konfekční obuvi, v barefoot obuvi a naboso u jednoho probanda dohromady u všech měřených svalů. Dále byl zjištěn signifikantní rozdíl v maximální svalové aktivitě z 81,43 % při porovnání aktivity vybraných svalů mezi probandy při chůzi naboso. Nebyl prokázán signifikantní rozdíl v maximální svalová aktivitě, průměrným nástupu svalové aktivity a průměrné době svalové aktivity vybraných svalů při chůzi v konfekční... Title: Comparative analysis of pelvic girdle muscles and body muscles activation during walking in different types of shoes and barefoot Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to compare EMG signal chosen muscles of pelvis girdle and trunk while walking barefoot, shod in barefoot shoes or in conventional sport shoes. Methods: In our research there were 9 healthy participants who are used to walking in barefoot shoes attending. Using surface electrodes, the EMG activity of 5 muscles was recorded. The observed movement was walking on grass in conventional shoes, in barefoot shoes and barefoot. The data obtained from the experiment were imported and statistically processed in the MS Excel program with the XLSTAT software installed and in the Jamovi statistical program. ANOVA and unpaired t- test were used for statistical data analysis. Results: Data from the statistical comparison revealed a significant statistical difference in 75 % comparison of maximal muscle activity between walking in conventional sport shoes, barefoot shoes and barefoot in measurement of differences in one subject in all chosen muscles.
