Využití UAV hyperspektrálních dat pro trénování klasifikací dat DPZ s nižším spektrálním a prostorovým rozlišením na příkladu klasifikací vegetace v krkonošské tundře. Abstrakt Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízené klasifikace krkonošské tundry s omezeným množstvím trénovacích dat. UAV hyperspektrální data území 100×100 m2 na Luční hoře z let 2020 a 2021 s prostorovým rozlišením 9 cm a 54 spektrálními pásmy byla klasifikována pomocí algoritmů Maximum Likelihood, Support Vector Machine, objektově orientovaná klasifikace a Random Forest. Definovaná legenda obsahovala 9 tříd: metlička křivolaká, metlička křivolaká s příměsí dalších druhů, brusnice borůvka, metlice trsnatá, borovice kleč, smilka tuhá, suť, vřes obecný a mozaika skal, holé půdy, mechů a trav. Výsledky těchto klasifikací byly porovnávány na základě jejich překryvů. K nalezení dalších trénovacích dat byly využity překryvy klasifikací multitemporálních kompozitů, které dosahují vyšších celkových přesností. Širší území Luční hory bylo klasifikováno na základě hyperspektrálních leteckých dat CASI s prostorovým rozlišením 60 cm a 48 spektrálními pásmy. Pro klasifikace leteckých dat byly využity původní trénovací dataset určený pro klasifikace menšího území a dále nové trénovací datasety rozšířené o další pixely. Nové trénovací datasety byly... Use of UAV hyperspectral data for training of classifications of data with lower spectral and spatial resolution on the example of vegetation classifications in the Krkonoše tundra Abstract The thesis focuses on the problem of supervised classification of the Krkonoše tundra with a limited amount of training data. UAV hyperspectral data of 100×100 m2 area on Luční hora from 2020 and 2021 with spatial resolution of 9 cm and 54 spectral bands were classified using Maximum Likelihood, Support Vector Machine, Object Oriented Classification and Random Forest algorithms. The defined legend contained 9 classes: Avenella flexuosa, Avenella flexuosa with high cover of other species, Vaccinium myrtillus, Deschampsia cespitosa, Pinus mugo, Nardus stricta, blosckfields, Calluna vulgaris, mosaic of rocks, bare soil, mosses and vegetation. The results of these classifications were compared based on their overlaps. The overlays of the multitemporal composite classifications, which achieve higher overall accuracies, are used to find more training data. The wider area of Luční hora was classified based on CASI hyperspectral aerial data with a spatial resolution of 60 cm and 48 spectral bands.
