[cze][eng] V současné době pacientů s poruchou sluchu neustále přibývá. Model I. Kingové je orientován na humánní a komplexní ošetřovatelskou péči. Úkolem sestry je v rámci modelu I. Kingové pomáhat jedincům prostřednictvím interakce. Sestra a pacient si společně vytyčují cíle a stanovují si prostředky k jejich dosažení. Svou práci na téma využití ošetřovatelského modelu I. Kingové jsem si vybrala z důvodu, abych se pokusila více přiblížit problematiku ošetřovatelských modelů a prakticky ukázala jejich využití v praxi. Výzkumné šetření je kvantitativně kvalitativní. Kvantitativní výzkumné šetření bylo prováděno metodou dotazování. Na techniku sběru dat byl použit dotazník. Na odděleních ORL bylo rozdáno celkem 100 dotazníků pro sestry a vrátilo se kompletně vyplněných 50 kusů. Výsledky jsou zpracovány do grafů. Kvalitativní výzkumné šetření bylo prováděno metodou dotazování. Sestry pracovaly s dokumentací dle I. Kingové po dobu jednoho měsíce. Dále byl s nimi proveden individuální hloubkový rozhovor. Sestry se mohly jednotlivě k předložené dokumentaci vyjádřit. Výsledky jsou zpracovány do tabulek. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, možnosti sester v interakci se sluchově postiženým pacientem. Cíl byl splněn. Byly stanoveny hypotézy. H1- Sestry mají zájem o školení ve znakové řeči se potvrdila. H2- Sestry nemají zájem používat piktogramy se nepotvrdila. H3 - Sestry dodržují zásady při komunikaci se sluchově postiženým pacientem se potvrdila. Druhým cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat možnosti využití modelu I. Kingové v péči o pacienty s poruchou sluchu, hospitalizovaných na ORL oddělení. Dále byla položena výzkumná otázka, zda je možno využít dokumentaci dle modelu I. Kingové u pacientů s poruchou sluchu. Cíl byl splněn. Na základě výsledku rozhovorů jsme si stanovili hypotézu. "Vzdělání sester ovlivňuje schopnost pracovat s ošetřovatelskou dokumentací dle modelu I. Kingové". Používání modelu dle I. Kingové hodnotily sestry kladně. Dle jejich názoru získávají více informací o pacientovi a dochází ke zlepšení komunikace mezi pacientem a sestrou. Výsledky práce budou poskytnuty sestrám ORL oddělení, které pracují se sluchově postiženými pacienty. Dále bude možno výsledky uveřejnit v odborných publikacích.The number of patients suffering from hearing impairment steadily increases. I. King's model is oriented to caring and complex nursing. The nurse's task within I. King's model is to help individuals by means of interaction. The nurse and the patient put up goals and they choose means to achieve them. I have chosen the topic of application of I. King's nursing model in my work in order to point out the issue of nursing models and to show their application in practice. The research survey was quantitative and qualitative. The quantitative research survey was carried out by the questioning method. A questionnaire was applied to collect data. At the ORL departments 100 questionnaires in total were handed out to the nurses, of which 50 were handed in fully completed. The results are presented in graphs. The qualitative research survey was carried out by a questioning method. The nurses had been working with paperwork according to I. King's method for one month. Then an individual in-depth interview took place. The nurses were asked to give their opinion on the paperwork. The results have been processed in tables. The bachelor thesis aimed at finding out the possibilities of the nurses in interaction with a hearing impaired patient. The aim was fulfilled and the following hypotheses have been set. H1- nurses are interested in training in sign language was confirmed. H2- nurses are not interested in using pictograms. was not confirmed. H3- nurses follow the principles in communication with hearing impaired patients was confirmed. The second aim of the bachelor thesis was to study the possibilities of application of I. King's model in taking care for patients with a hearing impairment being hospitalized at ORL departments. The research question was, whether the paperwork according to I. King's model can be applied in taking care for patients with a hearing impairment. This aim was fulfilled. Based on the interviews the following hypothesis was set: the training of nurses influences their ability to apply the paperwork according to I. King's model. The nurses gave a positive evaluation on the application of I. King's model. According to their opinion they get more information about the patient and the communication between the nurse and the patient is improved. The results of this paper will be offered to nurses at ORL departments working with hearing impaired patients. The results can be published in specialized publications.
