Kateřina Rybářová Název bakalářské práce: Mapování problémů ergoterapeutů při používání vybraných standardizovaných testů v České republice ergoterapii zvýšená potřeba používat standardizované nástroje. Mezi ně patří i Box and Block Test (BBT), Nine Hole Peg Test (NHPT) a Purdue Pegboard Test (PPT), které slouží k vyšetření horních končetin. Všechny ty testy byly vytvořeny v zahraničí a v Česku existovaly jen různé verze pracovních překladů jejich manuálů. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat problémy českých ergoterapeutů při používání BBT, PPT a NHPT. Vedlejším cílem bylo porovnat výhody a nevýhody používání hlasových nahrávek při zadávání instrukcí všech tří testů testovaným osobám. Ke splnění hlavního cíle bylo provedeno online dotazníkové šetření. Celkem dotazník obsahoval 40 otázek rozdělených do několika sekcí. Některé otázky byly doplněné videonahrávky se průběhu testování jednotlivými testy, ke kterým neexistovaly originálních manuálech přesné instrukce. Respondenti zde odpovídali na otázku, jak by danou situaci vyhodnotili oni. Pro splnění vedlejšího cíle autorka sama provedla několik testování pomocí těchto testů, kdy zadávala pacientům instrukce jak slovně, tak pomocí zvukových nahrávek, a způsoby... Title: Mapping Problems of Occupational Therapists Using Selected Standardised Tests in the Czech Republic Abstract: Using standardized tests is needed because of Evidence-based practice. They include also Box and Block Test (BBT), Nine Hole Peg Test (NHPT) and Purdue Pegboard Test (PPT), which test gross and fine motor skills. All of these tests were made abroad and their manuals existed only in unofficial czech versions. The main aim of this thesis was to map the problems of occupational therapists using BBT, NHPT and PPT. The secondary aim was to describe the advantages and disadvantages of using voice recordings of instruction during the testing. The survey was prepared to achieve the main goal. The survey consisted of 40 questions, which were separated into several parts. The most important part contained the video recordings of specific situations coming from testing. The respondents had to answer, how they would evaluate these situations. The author of this thesis administrated these tests several times and used read instructions and voice recordings to instruct the patients Then she could describe and compare her own experiences from testing to achieve the secondary goal of this thesis. 121 people answered this survey, but 87 of them were relevant.
