Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku úspěšné edukace a komunikace s dítětem předškolního věku s poruchou sociálního a emocionálního vývoje. Na připravenost pedagogů vzdělávat a vychovávat takto znevýhodněné děti, ale i na schopnost předběžné diagnostiky a následně možnosti efektivního působení při výchovném a vzdělávacím procesu. Úvodní kapitoly se zabývají teoretickými východisky, která jsou základem pro následující výzkumnou část diplomové práce. V první část této práce je zaměřena na inklusivní vzdělávání a s ním spojené pojmy. Dále je pak zmapován legislativní rámec, kterým je vymezeno předškolní vzdělávání po právní stránce, poradenská pracoviště i některá podpůrná opatřeni se zákonem souvisejícími. Následně je pak nastíněn zdravý vývoj dítěte v sociální a emocionální oblasti, možné kategorie poruch sociálního a emočního vývoje. Blíže se pak diplomová práce zaměřuje na Aspergerův syndrom, který je jednou z forem poruch autistického spektra. Dále je pak poukázáno na možné symptomy poruchy pozornosti s hyperaktivitou (ADHD). V další kapitole stávající práce je charakterizována osobnost pedagoga a některé předpoklady pro jeho úspěšné působení v oblasti výchovy a vzdělávání, jako jsou pedagogická komunikace a pedagogická diagnostika. The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of successful education and communication with a child of preschool age with a disorder of social and emotional development. On the readiness of pedagogues to educate and raise disadvantaged children in this way, but also on the ability of preliminary diagnosis and subsequently the possibility of effective action in the educational and educational process. The introductory chapters deal with the theoretical starting points, which are the basis for the following research part of the thesis. The first part of this work is focused on inclusive education and related concepts. Furthermore, the legislative framework is mapped, which defines pre- school education from a legal point of view, counseling workplaces and some supporting measures related to the law. Subsequently, the healthy development of the child in the social and emotional area is outlined, as well as possible categories of disorders of social and emotional development. In more detail, the diploma thesis focuses on Asperger's syndrome, which is one of the forms of autism spectrum disorders. Next, possible symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are pointed out.
