Tato práce se zabývá návrhem primárního ostění tunelu v prostředí neogenních jílů za použití matematického modelování. V současné době je tunelové ostění ze stříkaného betonu v praxi často modelováno pomocí deskostěnových prvků (nosníků) s lineárně elastickým materiálovým modelem. Pro horninové prostředí, v kterém ražba probíhá, je běžně používán lineárně elastický – perfektně plastický materiálový model. Oba tyto přístupy značně zjednodušují reálné chování těchto materiálů. Pro ostění ze stříkaného betonu platí, že nárůst jeho tuhosti i pevnosti je s časem nelineární. Při využívání lineárně elastického chování materiálu se tato skutečnost aproximuje rozfázováním postupu aplikace ostění na fázi mladého a fázi starého (vyzrálého) betonu. V případě aplikace lineárně elastického – perfektně plastického chování na zeminy zase dochází mj. k zanedbání ztužování (hardening) zemin. Cílem této práce je aplikace pokročilého elasto-plastického materiálového modelu s časově závislým chováním (Concrete model) na primární ostění ze stříkaného betonu na příkladu Dřevnovického tunelu raženého pomocí metody Kernbauweise. Pro horninové prostředí ražby bude použit nelineární hyperbolický materiálový model (Hardening soil model), který bude aplikován na překonsolidované neogenní jíly. Na několika matematických modelech dojde k porovnání vnitřních sil a deformací ostění pro různé způsoby modelování. Vedlejším cílem bude statické posouzení primárního ostění konkrétního železničního tunelu na střední Moravě. This thesis deals with the mathematical modelling of the primary lining of a tunnel which finds itself in overconsolidated neogenic clay. This type of construction is typically solved by a combination of linear-elastic beams representing sprayed concrete and a linear elastic – perfectly plastic soil material model. Both of these approaches are a simplification of the behaviour of both sprayed concrete and soil. The real behaviour of concrete is nonlinear and time-dependent when it comes to stiffness and strength. In praxis, this issue is solved by implementing phases of young and cured concrete. The real behaviour of soils is, on the other hand, influenced by hardening. The main goal of this thesis is to use an advanced time-dependent elastoplastic material model (The Concrete model) to create shotcrete lining for the Dřevnovice tunnel, built by the Kernbauweise method. A nonlinear hyperbolic soil material model (The Hardening Soil model) is applied to the neogenic clay environment. Various modelling approaches are used to obtain internal forces and deformations of tunnel lining. These approaches are then graphically compared. The last part of this thesis focuses on verifying the primary lining design of a railway tunnel in central Moravia.
