Diplomová práce je zaměřená na stavebně technologickou přípravu realizace stavby. Konkrétně na Bytový dům "Rezidence u parku" v Prostějově (SO 01). Bytový dům má 1 podzemní podlaží a 5 nadzemních podlaží. Obsahem této práce je především technická zpráva, koordinační situace stavby se širšími vztahy dopravních tras, studie realizace hlavních technologických etap stavebního objektu, projekt zařízení staveniště, návrh hlavních stavebních strojů a mechanismů, technologický předpis pro železobetonový monolitický strop nad 1.PP, kontrolní a zkušební plán kvality pro železobetonový monolitický strop, plán bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví pro stavbu monolitických konstrukcí, položkový rozpočet pro hrubou stavbu, pro hrubou stavbu, propočet dle THÚ, časový a finanční plán stavby – objektový, časový plán hlavního stavebního objektu, histogram pracovníků, Výkres bednění stropu nad 1.PP, plán zajištění hlavních materiálových zdrojů pro hrubou stavbu. The thesis is focused on the construction-technological preparation of building construction. Accurately, the apartment building "Rezidence u parku" in Prostějov (SO 01). The apartment building has 1 underground floor and 5 above floors. The content of this work is mainly a technical report, coordination of constructions with connections of transport routes, study of the realization of the main technological stages of the construction object, construction site equipment project, proposal of the main construction machines, technological regulation for reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling above 1. underground floor, control and test plan quality for a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling, safety and health plan for the construction of monolithic constructions, itemized budget for rough construction, calculation according to THÚ, time and financial plan of construction - object, time plan of the main construction object, histogram of workers, Drawing of ceiling formwork above 1. underground floor, plan to ensure the main material resources for rough construction.
