Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce je plán realizace BIM (BEP). Jedná se o základní dokument metodiky informačního modelování, který popisuje nejen proces realizace projektu a vývoje modelu, ale také slouží jako využitelná pomůcka, která pomáhá aplikovat BIM cíle a jejich využití, nastavit proces výměny grafických a negrafických dat. Teoretická část diplomové práce je založena na souboru norem ČSN EN ISO 19 650. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou významu BEP v kontextu BIM metodiky. ílem diplomové práce bylo prozkoumat existující šablony BEP a na jejich základě vytvořit vlastní návrh dokumentu, který by byl využitelný pro městského inženýra a popisoval všechny aktuální údaje a pracovní postupy pro úspěšnou realizaci projektu a další provoz a údržbu. The main topic of this diploma thesis is the BIM implementation plan (BEP). It is a basic document that describes not only the process of implementing a project and building a model, but it is also a useful tool that facilitates the application of BIM goals and the use of them, as well as the exchange of graphic and non-graphic data. The theoretical part is based on a set of standards ČSN EN ISO 19650. The practical part deals with the analysis of the importance of BEP in the context of BIM methodology. The aim of this diploma thesis was to examine the existing BEP templates and build a custom draft document that could be used for urban engineering and describe all the data and workflow requirements for the successful implementation and continuous operation and maintenance of the project.
