Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování stavebně technologického projektu novostavby administrativní budovy Dukelská ve městě Brně. Jedná se o čtyřpodlažní, nepodsklepený objekt zastřešený jednoplášťovou plochou. Obsahem této práce je technická zpráva, koordinační situace stavby se širšími vztahy dopravních tras, časový a finanční plán – objektový, studie realizace hlavních technologických etap stavebního objektu, projekt zařízení staveniště pro tři etapy výstavby společně s kalkulací nákladů na zařízení staveniště, návrh hlavních stavebních strojů a mechanizmů, časový harmonogram, plán zajištění materiálových zdrojů pro hrubou stavbu, technologický předpis pro monolitické stropní konstrukce společně s výkresem stropního bednění, kontrolním a zkušebním plánem kvality a plánem BOZP. Součástí práce je také propočet stavby dle THU, rozpočet uzavřené stavby SO 01 a ekonomické vyhodnocení použití jeřábu. The subject of the thesis is the development of a construction technology project for the new construction of the Dukelská administrative building in the city of Brno. It is a four storey, non-basement building covered with a single-skinned surface. The content of this work is a technical report, the coordination situation of the building with wider relations of transport routes, a time and financial plan - object plan, a study of the building construction object and its main technological stages, project equipment of the workplace for three stages of construction together with the calculation of costs for construction site equipment, the proposal of the main construction machines, time schedule, plan to ensure material resources for rough construction, technological prescription for monolithic ceiling constructions together with ceiling formwork drawing, quality control and testing plan and health and safety plan. The work also includes construction calculations according to THU, the budget of the closed construction SO 01 and the economic evaluation of the use of the crane.
