Cílem mé diplomové práce je navrhnout novostavbu veterinární kliniky s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Navržený objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží. V objektu jsou navrženy tři ordinace, laboratoř, sál fyzioterapie a hydroterapie, zubní a endoskopický sál, dva operační sály, rentgenové a CT pracoviště. Projekt se skládá ze tří hlavních částí. První část diplomové práce tvoří dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Spodní stavbu konstrukce představuje železobetonová základová deska. Nosné stěny jsou navrženy z velkoformátových vápenopískových bloků. Vnitřní nenosné stěny jsou sádrokartonové. Obvodové zdivo je zatepleno minerální vatou a tvoří provětrávanou fasádu. Stropní systém a schodiště je tvořen monolitickou železobetonovou konstrukcí. Zastřešení je řešeno pomocí příhradových vazníků. Druhou část diplomové práce tvoří koncepční návrh techniky prostředí staveb. Návrh obsahuje umělé osvětlení, hospodaření s dešťovou vodou, nucené větrání, vytápění, chlazení, fotovoltaiky. Poslední část řeší problematiku provětrávaných fasád, obsahuje průkazy energetické náročnosti budov a tepelně technické posouzení vybraných detailů. Byly použity programy Allplan, Deksoft, Building design, SketchUp, Lumion. The aim of the master´s project is to design a nearly-zero energy veterinary clinic in Ostrava. The building has two above-ground floors. On the first floor there is a reception, a waiting room and surgery rooms. On the second floor there is a laboratory, a physiotherapy and hydrotherapy rooms, stomatology office and two surgery rooms, a radiography and a CT. The project consists of three main parts. The first part presents the architectural and structural design of the building. The building has concrete foundations. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from sand-lime blocks, and non-bearing structures are designed from plasterboards. The external walls are covered with thermal insulation and a ventilated facade. The horizontal load-bearing structure and the staircase are designed from reinforced concrete. The building has a pitched roof formed by truss girders. The second part includes the design of building services: lightning, rainwater management and ventilation, heating, cooling and photovoltaic systems. The last part deals with the thermal assessment of selected assembly details. The project is developed in software Allplan, DEKsoft, Building design, SketchUp, Lumion.
