Dotčená stavba navazuje na současnou architektonicko-urbanistickou studii, která uvažuje s koncepcí rozvojové lokality Špitálka jakožto novou oblastí ve smyslu Smart city. Stávající řešený objekt archívu je komponován z dominantní čtyřpodlažní hmoty s plochou střechou a jednopodlažním objemem zastřešeným trojicí valených kleneb. Konstrukční systém je řešen jako stávající železobetonový skelet v modulu 6x6 metrů. Výplňové konstrukce jsou řešeny formou CLT panelů. Dřevo, jež svou schopností reguluje vlhkost a absorbuje hluk rovněž snižuje dopad globálního oteplování. Myšlenka coworkingového prostoru vychází z narušení typického horizontálního dělení podlaží, kdy jednotlivá patra jsou na sobě zcela nezávislá a nijak se neovlivňují, naopak je snahou o maximální otevřenost i ve vertikální rovině formou nahodilých průhledů. Projekt si klade za cíl využívat energii z obnovitelných zdrojů a být tak maximálně soběstačný. Celkové energetické stabilitě napomáhá koncepce termálních a elektrických gridů v řešené lokalitě. Hlavním zdrojem energie je teplovodní předávací stanice, která je doplněna o absorpčním výměníkem tepla. Objekt znovu využívá dešťovou vodu k zalévání zelených fasád a zahrad a také využívá fotovoltaické panely k podpoře aspektu energetické soběstačnosti. Třetí část práce je věnována problematice facility managementu. Propojenost objektu s inteligentními systémy napomáhá k maximální spokojenosti uživatelů. Komplexním řešením skrze CAFM software dokáže budova neprodleně reagovat na problémy a nedostatky jednotlivých služeb od správy technologií a účetnictví po bezpečnostní management či odpadové hospodářství. The building is a continuation of the current architectural and urban planning study, which considers the concept of the Špitálka development location as a new area in the sense of a Smart city. Existing archive objektu is composed of a dominant four-store mass with a flat roof and a single-store extension with vaulted roof structure by three barrel vaults. The structural system uses the existing reinforced concrete frame with a 6x6 meter module. The Infill structures are designed in the form of CLT panels. Wood, with its ability to regulate humidity and absorb noise could also reduces risk of the global warming. The idea of a coworking space is based on the disruption of the typical horizontal division of floors. The individual floors are completely independent of each other and do not influence each other in any way. On the contrary, there is maximize openness even in the vertical plane in the form of random views. The project aims to use of energy from renewable sources and thus be as self-sufficient as possible. The overall energy stability is aided by the concept of thermal and electrical grids on site. The main source of energy is transfer station from a hot water which supplemented by a absorbing heat exchanger. The building reuse rainwater for watering green facades and gardens and also use photovoltaic panels to support an aspect of a self-sufficient system of the building. The third part of the thesis is dedicated to th issue of facility managment. The connection of the object with intelligent systems helps to maximize user satisfaction. With a comprehensive solution through CAFM software, the building can respond to the problems and shortcomings of individual services, from technology management and accounting to security management or waste management.
