Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je vypracovanie návrhu a projektovej dokumentácie pre prevedenie stavby novostavby administratívnej budovy v Brne. Objekt je umiestnený na ulici Hudcova v katastrálnom území Královo pole. Navrhovaný objekt je trojpodlažný podpivničený po celej svojej zastavanej ploche. V suteréne objektu je navrhnuté vnútorné parkovisko. v 1.NP je navrhnutá predajňa s jej zázemím pre zamestnancov a skladom. V 2 A 3.NP sú navrhnuté kancelárske priestory na prenájom s vlastným hygienickým zázemím. Objekt je navrhnutý v skeletovom nosnom systéme z monolitického železobetónu. Obvodové a vnútorné nosné steny sú tiež monolitické. Stropné konštrukcie sú bezhríbové dosky s rozšírenou hrúbkou dosky v mieste vnútorného stĺpu a po obvode vystužená prievlakmi. Základové konštrukcie sú monolitické železobetónovej pätky. The subject of this master´s thesis is to design a design documentation for a new building of office building in Brno. The building is located on Hudcova street in the cadastral territory of Královo pole. The proposed building is a three floor building with a basement over built-up area. An internal parking lot is planned in the basement of the building. On the 1st floor, a store with its facilities for employees and a warehouse is designed. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, office spaces are designed for rent with their own sanitary facilities. The building is designed in a cast-in-place concrete frame structural system. The perimeter and internal load-bearing walls are also monolithic. The ceiling structures are mushroom-free boards with an extended thickness of the board in the place of the inner column and reinforced around the perimeter with beams. The foundation constructions are monolithic reinforced concrete foundation footings.
