Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout a vypracovat projektovou dokumentaci pro novostavbu domova pro seniory. Domov pro seniory je umístěn na pozemku v Ivančicích. Budova je navržena jako samostatně stojící a je rozdělena na dvě části SO 01 a SO 02. Část So 01 má tři nadzemní podlaží a náleží k ní spojovací chodba, která má čtyři nadzemní podlaží. Celá tato část je podsklepená. V suterénu je umístěn provoz prádelny a kuchyně, zázemí úklidu, garáž, dílna, márnice a technické zázemí. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází jídelna, ordinace, kanceláře, kavárna a kadeřnictví. Ve druhém a třetím podlaží jsou umístěny pokoje . Tato část je přizpůsobena pro klienty s Alzheimerovou nemocí a stařeckou demencí. Na každém patře je sedm dvoulůžkových pokojů. Část So 02 má čtyři nadzemní podlaží bez suterénu. Na každém patře je umístěno osm dvoulůžkových pokojů. Prováděcí dokumentace je zpracována pouze pro objekt So 01. Domov pro seniory je založen na železobetonových základových patkách a pásech. Konstrukční systém tvoří železobetonové sloupy. Obvodové stěny v suterénu jsou železobetonové. V nadzemních podlažích je obvodový plášť z výplňového zdiva z keramických tvárnic typu THERM. Jako stropní konstrukce je navržena železobetonová deska. Schodiště je také železobetonové monolitické. Balkonové desky jsou prefabrikované. Střecha je plochá. Plášť budovy je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. The aim of the thesis is to design and develop project documentation for the new construction of a retirement home. The old age home is located on a piece of land in Ivančice. The building has been designed as a stand-alone building and is divided into two parts SO 01 and SO 02. Part SO 01 has three above-ground floors and a connecting corridor that has four above-ground floors belonging to it. This whole part has a basement. The operation of the laundry and kitchen is located in the basement, which also includes cleaning facilities, a garage, workshop, mortuary and technical facilities. In the first above-ground floor there is a dining room, doctor's office, offices, a cafe and a hairdresser. Rooms are located on the second and third floors. This section is tailored for clients with Alzheimer's disease and senile dementia. There are seven double rooms on each floor. Part So 02 has four above-ground floors without a basement. There are eight double rooms on each floor. Implementation documentation has been processed for only object So 01. The retirement home is based on reinforced concrete footings and belts. The structural system consists of reinforced concrete columns. The perimeter walls in the basement are reinforced concrete. On the above-ground floors, the outer shell is made of infill masonry of ceramic blocks of the THERM type. A reinforced concrete slab is designed as the ceiling structure. The staircase is one piece also made from reinforced concrete. The balcony slabs are prefabricated. The roof is flat. The building envelope is insulated with the ETICS contact insulation system.
