Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh Rekreačního centra Milevsko. Práce obsahuje architektonický a konstrukční návrh. Budova je nepodsklepena a má dvě podlaží. V prvním podlaží se nachází restaurace s kuchyní a jídelnou. Dvě technické místnosti, sociální zařízení, sklady a kancelář. Ve druhém podlaží je společenská místnost a 7 pokojů k ubytování s vlastním sociálním zařízením. Stěny jsou z keramických tvárnic, konstrukce stropů je železobetonová. Obvodový plášť budovy je zateplen ETICS. Střechu tvoří extenzivní zelená střecha a betonová dlažba na terase. Práce obsahuje návrhy větrání, vytápění, chlazení, hospodaření s dešťovou vodou, umělého osvětlení a fotovoltaické elektrárny pro objekt. V poslední část diplomové práce bude analýza případové studie a zjištěna nejlepší kombinace zvolených parametrů budovy. Kombinace skladeb konstrukcí a zdrojů tepla mají velký význam v průkazu energetické náročnosti budovy na primární energii z neobnovitelných zdrojů. Rozborem těchto parametrů bude vyhodnocen jejich vliv na budovu. The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of the recreation centre in Milevsko. The thesis includes the architectural and structural design. A building has two floors. On the first floor there is a restaurant with a kitchen and a dining room. Two utility rooms, sanitary facilities, storages, and an office. On the second floor there is a club, rooms with facilities and a terrace. There are also 7 rooms for accommodation with en-suite bathrooms on this floor. The walls are made of ceramic blocks, the floor structure is made of reinforced cast-in-place concrete. The building envelope is insulated with the ETICS. The roof consists of an extensive green roof and concrete paving on the terrace. The thesis includes the designs of ventilation, heating, cooling, rainwater management, artificial lighting, and photovoltaic power plants for the building. In the last part of the diploma project the best combination of choosen parameters of a building will be find out by an analisation of a case study. A combinations of construction compositions and heat sources for heating distribution of the building have great importance in a certificate of energy performance of the building. By analysation of these parameters there will be an evaluation of their impacton the on the primary energy from non-renewable sources in the PENB certificate.
