Diplomová práce se zabývá principem chlazení místností. Její obsah je rozdělen do tří segmentů. V první části je popis teoretického chodu chladu. Je zde rozebrána základní část chladivového oběhu, tepelné izolace spojovacích potrubí a chladících místností. Údržba, provoz a typy komponentů užité v cyklu a také principy chlazení jednotlivých typů potravin. Druhá část je věnována návrhu chlazení pro hotelový provoz. Je zde technická zpráva popisující celý postup návrhu s požadavky ke správnému zapojení a zpracování. V přílohách je doložena projektová dokumentace. Třetí část diplomové práce se zabývá experimentálním výzkumem, při kterém bylo předmětem sledování zamrzání vody při chlazení deskového panelu. Tato část zahrnuje i výsledek tohoto zkoumání. Master thesis deals with the principle of cooling systems. Content of this thesis is divided in to the three segments. First part describes theory of cooling motion. It describes a basic parts of a cooling circuit, thermal insulation of a cooling pipe and thermal insulation of a materials in a cooling rooms. Maintenance, service and types of component used in cooling cycle and also principle of cooling individual types of foodstuff. Second part is dedicate to design of cooling system for hotel service. There is a technical report which describes entire design process with a requirements for connect and elaboration. Project documentation is in the attachments. Third part of master thesis deals with experimental research. The subject of surveillance is freezing of water during the cooling of the plate panel. This section includes the result of the investigation.
