Předmětem této diplomové práce je komplexní analýza tepelně technických vlastností stavebních konstrukcí a energetické vyhodnocení reálného rodinného domu prostřednictvím průkazu energetické náročnosti budovy. Dále navržení a posouzení opatření pro zlepšení energetických parametrů posuzovaného rodinného domu. K vyhodnocení byla použita data z vyhotoveného pasportu stavebně architektonického řešení a ze zaměření dílčích systémů TZB v domě. The subject of the master‘s thesis is acomprehensive analysis of the thermal technical properties of building structure an energy evaluation performed on a real family house through the energy performance certificate of the building. Next design and assess mesures that will improve the energ prameters of the assessed family house. The evaluation is based on processed passport of architectural and architectural solution and focus of partial HVAC systems.
