Perspektiva jako strukturální prvek ošetřovatelství. Jak je patrné z názvu práce zabývala jsem se především perspektivou ošetřovatelství a jejími strukturálními prvky. Již od počátku vzniku bylo ošetřovatelství charakterizováno jistými perspektivními počiny, byly stanoveny strukturální prvky z nichž ten základní, lidský fenomén, zůstal dodnes. Spolupracovala jsem s ženami, které začínaly jako směnové sestry a vypracovaly se až do vedoucích pozic ošetřovatelského managementu, univerzit či ovlivňují vývoj ošetřovatelství svým působením na Ministerstvu zdravotnictví. Jsem přesvědčena, že téma perspektivy ošetřovatelství je velmi aktuální, neboť probíhající změny mohou být dobrým odrazovým můstkem, pro vytvoření lepší perspektivy a podmínek pro rozvoj ošetřovatelství Perspective and structural elements, as the pivotal part of a scientific analysis of nursing as a field of study, helps categorize and sort the above individual items into logical units. This thesis aims to contribute to the scientific grasp of the dynamics of selected factors and development trends in nursing. Starting from the above terms, we will be dealing with perspective and its structural impacts on nursing, with the main focus on the analysis of selected factors of influence and their potential use for the examination, view and implementation of individual steps in the further development of nursing.
