Diplomová práce se zabývá manažery ve stavebních podnicích, konkrétněji jejich kompetencemi. Teoretická část obsahuje pojmy a definice spojené s tímto tématem. Praktická část obsahuje dotazníkový průzkum a rozhovory se stavebními manažery. V poslední závěrečné kapitole je vyhodnocení získaných dat z průzkumu a rozhovorů. Rovněž jsou zde doporučení pro stavební manažery. My thesis deals with managers in construction companies, specifically on their competences. The theoretical part contains basic terms and definitions that are related to this topic. The practical part contains a questionnaire survey and interviews with managers of construction companies. In the last concluding chapter, there is an evaluation of the collected data from the survey and interviews. There are also some recommendations for contruction companies and their managers.
