Diplomová práce je zaměřena na ocenění obchodního závodu, jak z teoretického, tak i z praktického pohledu. První část diplomové práce se zabývá teoretickým pojetím ocenění obchodního závodu a jejím pochopením. V teoretické části předkládané diplomové práce budou specifikované jednotlivé metody ocenění a jejich využití. Druhá část diplomové práce je zaměřena na praktické zpracování ocenění vybraného obchodního závodu XXX, a.s., který podniká ve stavebnictví a poskytuje pronájem komerčních prostor. Účelem ocenění společnosti objednaného investorem je stanovení tržní ceny obchodního závodu pro informativní účely k datu 31.12.2021. Závěrečná část je věnována určení tržní hodnoty oceňovaného obchodního závodu. The master thesis is focused on the evaluation of the enterprise, both from a theoretical and practical point of view. The first part of the master thesis deals with the theoretical concept of the evaluation of the enterprise and its understanding. The theoretical part of the submitted thesis will specify the individual methods of evaluation and their use. The second part of the thesis is focused on the practical processing of the evaluation of the selected enterprise XXX, a.s., which is active in construction and provides lease of commercial premises. The purpose of the evaluation of the company ordered by the investor is to determine the market price of the company for informational purposes to 31.12.2021. The final part is devoted to the determination of the market value of the valued enterprise.
