Tato diplomová práce řeší projektovou dokumentaci pro stavební povolení stavby penzionu Přehrada. Navrhla jsem budovu penzionu s restaurací a malým wellness. Jedná se o samostatně stojící, nepodsklepenou zděnou stavbu, v katastrálním území Kníničky, obec Brno. Objekt je půdorysného tvaru L a skládá se ze dvou částí. První část má dvě nadzemní podlaží a podkroví. Tato část budovy je zastřešena šikmou střechou s vegetační vrstvou. Druhá část objektu má jedno nadzemní podlaží a je zastřešena plochou střechou. Objekt je založený na základových pásech. Svislé konstrukce jsou zděné z keramických tvárnic. Obvodové stěny jsou navrženy s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem, provětrávanou fasádou s kamenným obkladem a zelenou stěnou. Stropní konstrukce jsou řešeny pomocí stropních panelů SPIROLL. Součástí návrhu objektu je koncepce vytápění, větrání, chlazení, příprava teplé vody, osvětlení, nakládání s dešťovými vodami a návrh solárních panelů. Veškeré koncepce jsou znázorněny v globálním schématu. Ve třetí části diplomové práce jsem se zaměřila na optimalizaci návrhu šikmé střechy. Vegetační vrstvu jsem nahradila skládanou střešní krytinou, a na jihovýchodní stranu střechy umístila fotovoltaické panely. Sledovala jsem, jak tato změna ovlivní množství zachycené dešťové vody, zda nedojde k přitížení krovu. Dále jaké bude pokrytí spotřeby elektrické energie a jak se vše projeví v průkazu energetické náročnosti budovy. The topic of master project was the processing the design documentation for a Pension Přehrada. I designed a pension with a restaurant and a small wellness area. It is a detached building in the cadastral territory of Brno Kníničky. The building is L-shaped and consists of two parts. The first part has two above-ground floors and a loft. This part of the building is covered by a gable green roof. The second part of the building has one above-ground floor and warm flat roof. The vertical structures are designed from ceramic blocks. The external masonry is insulated with the ETICS. Some external masonary are designed like exterior ventilated facade with stone cladding and a green facade. Floor structures are designed by SPIROLL panels. The master project includes the concept of heating, ventilation, cooling, domestic hot water heating, lighting, rainwater management and photovoltaic panel design. In the part of my project, I focused on optimizing the design of the gable roof. I changed the composition of the gable roof so that more rainwater would be retained to be used in the facility. I placed additional photovoltaic panels on the gable roof and simulate whether they would cover the electricity consumption in the building. I evaluated the changes in the energy performance certificate, and compared them with the original design.
