Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout wellness centrum s minimálním dopadem na životní prostředí. Budova má dvě nadzemní podlaží, půdorysný tvar objektu je ve tvaru písmene L s plochou střechou. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází wellness centrum, které obsahuje čtyři sauny a ochlazovací bazének. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží je navržený bar s občerstvením a také kancelář. Technické zařízení objektu se nachází v prvním nadzemním podlaží. První část práce je věnována architektonicko-stavebnímu řešení. Objekt je založen na základových pasech, které jsou vynášeny na mikropilotách pilotách. Obvodová nosná konstrukce je tvořena keramickým zdivem, které je zatepleno minerální vatou. Stropní konstrukce je ze železobetonových předpjatých panelů. Plochá střecha je řešena jako extenzivní vegetační. Druhá část práce se zabývá návrhem koncepcí technických zařízení budovy. Budova bude vytápěna a chlazena čtyřmi tepelnými čerpadly země/voda. Teplo a chlad bude v objektu distribuováno pomocí vzduchotechnických jednotek. Dešťové vody budou likvidovány na pozemku stavebníka. Z retenčních nádrží bude dešťová voda využita k zavlažování zeleně a přebytečná voda bude přepadem odtékat do vsakovacích boxů. Třetí část se zabývá porovnáním způsobů vytápění pomocí tepelného čerpadla země/voda, vytápění kotlem na peletky a kotlem na zemní plyn. Optimální způsob vytápění je pak hodnocen po stránce ekonomického srovnání a podle dopadů na životní prostředí. Diplomová práce byla vypracována v software Autocad, Microsoft office a Deksoft. The aim of this master thesis is to design wellness centre wellness centre with minimal impact on the environment. The building has two above-ground floors with L-shaped floor plan and a flat roof. The first floor hosts the wellness centre with four saunas and a cooling pool. A bar with refreshments is proposed on the 2nd floor as well as office. Building services are located on the first floor. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the architectural and structural design. The structure is based on strip foundations that are carried out on pilots. The load-bearing structure of the building is formed using ceramic blocks masonry insulated with mineral wool. The floor structures are designed as reinforced concrete prefabricated panels. The flat roof of the building is green. The second part of the thesis deals mainly with the design of building services. The building will be heated and refrigerated by four heat pumps and will also use energy from photovoltaic panels. Heat and cold will be distributed in the facility using air conditioning units. Rainwater will be used to irrigate surplus will be absorbed on the investor’s property. Retention tank with an overflow into the infiltration boxes. The third part of the thesis deals with the evaluation Energy performance certificate of the used heating methods compared to the use of fossil fuels. Three methods of heating are proposed. I choose the optimal way of heating from a financial and environmental perspective. The thesis is mainly elaborated in Autocad, Deksoft and Microsoft office software.
