Cílem diplomové práce bylo vytvořit projektovou dokumentaci návrhu polyfunkčního domu v zastavitelné ploše na území města Prahy v městské časti Praha – Satalice. Polyfunkční dům je navržen jako čtyřpodlažní, podsklepený po celé ploše s plochou střechou. V 1.PP se nachází skladovací, technické místností a tělocvična. 1NP určen pro prodejní plochy a kavárnu. 2 a 3NP jsou dispozičně navržené jako kanceláře buňkového typu a 4.NP je využit jako kanceláře typu open space. Nosný konstrukční systém budovy je monolitický sloupový s monolitickými stropními deskami se skrytými průvlaky. Základ budovy je vyřešen jako monolitická železobetonová deska s monolitickými železobetonovými stěnami. Obvodové stěny navržené jako zděný systém Porotherm a jsou zateplený kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Stavba splňuje požadavky na bezbariérové užívání. Součástí projektové dokumentace je také základní posouzení objektu z hlediska stavební fyziky. Objekt polyfunkčního domu je řešen jako budova s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie.
The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a multi-functional buildimg in a build-up area on the territory of the city of Prague in the Prague - Satalice district. The multi-functional house is designed as a four-storey, basement over the entire area with a flat roof. On the 1st floor there is a storage rooms, a technical rooms and a gym. 1st floor intended for sales areas and a cafe. The 2nd and 3rd floors are designed as cellular offices and the 4th floor is used as an open space offices. The supporting structural system of the building is a monolithic column with monolithic ceiling slabs with hidden holes. The foundation of the building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab with monolithic reinforced concrete walls. The perimeter walls designed as a Porotherm masonry system and are insulated with the ETICS contact insulation system. The building meets the requirements for barrier-free use. The project documentation also includes a basic assessment of the building from the point of view of building physics. The hotel building is designed as a building with almost zero energy consumption.
