Hlavným cieľom diplomovej práce je navrhnúť novú budovu materskej školy s takmer nulovou spotrebou energetií v Brne Holásky. Objekt je navrhnutý ako jednopodlažná budova v tvare L rozdelená na tri časti. Dve zmi na priečky. Nadstavba je podopretá betónovým pásovým základom. Stre nich sú samostatné triedy s potrebným zázemím pre deti a zamestnancov, každá trieda je pre približne 24 detí. Tretia časť budovy je určená pre personál a technické zázemie. Stavba je navrhnutá ako murovaný stenový systém s keramickými tvárnicami na nosné steny a nepálenými tehlami pre priečky. Strecha objektu je navrhnutá ako plochá extenzívna zelená strecha podopretá betónovými prefabrikovanými panelmi. Steny sú zateplené minerálnou vlnou a chránené vláknocementovými doskami, ktoré vytvárajú odvetranú fasádu. Práca obsahuje návrh osvetlenia, využitia dažďovej vody, VZT a ohrevu teplej vody a fotovoltaického systému. Dažďová voda zo zelenej strechy sa využíva na splachovanie WC. Vetranie v objekte zabezpečujú dve vzduchotechnické jednotky so systémom rekuperácie tepla. Vykurovanie a prípravu teplej vody zabezpečujú dve tepelné čerpadlá zem-voda. Elektrina je čiastočne zásobovaná z fotovoltaických panelov umiestnených na streche objektu. Súčasťou práce je aj štúdia prirodzeného osvetlenia denného osvetlenia, zameraná na splnenie štandardných požiadaviek na denné osvetlenie a rovnomernosť osvetlenia. The main goal of diploma thesis is to design a new nearly-zero energy kindergarten in Brno Holásky. It is designed as a L-shape single storey building split into three parts. Two of them are separate classroom, with necessary facilities for children and staff, each classroom for approximately 25 children. The third part of the building is for staff and technical facilities. The building is designed as a masonry wall system with ceramic blocks for the load bearing walls and adobe bricks for the partitions. The superstructure is supported by concrete strip foundation. The roof of the building is designed as a flat extensive green roof supported by prefabricated concrete panels. The walls are insulated with mineral wool and protected with fiber cement boards that create a ventilated facade. The thesis includes the design of lighting, rainwater use, HVAC and hot water heating and photovoltaic system. The rainwater stored from the green roof is used for toilet flushing. Ventilation in the building is provided by two air conditioning units with a system of heat recovery. Heating and hot water preparation is provided by two ground-to-water heat pumps. Electricity is partially supplied from photovoltaic panels placed on the roof of the building. The thesis also includes a natural lighting study of daylighting, aimed at meeting standard requirements for daylighting and lighting uniformity.
