Diplomová práce řeší projekt novostavby polyfunkčního domu na pozemku v Husově ulici v blízkosti CAN v širším centru Plzně. Dům je koncipován jako objekt pro komerční využití a bydlení se sociálními byty a jako součást nově navrhovaného bloku na náměstí Emila Škody, na který byla zpracována urbanistická studie. S ohledem na stávající zástavbu, která zůstane zachována, má dům navržena 4 nadzemní podlaží a 1 podzemní podlaží. Celkem má dům 5 nebytových jednotek pro komerční využití a 18 bytových jednotek. Technické zázemí objektu, hromadná garáž a sklepy pro majitele bytových jednotek jsou navrženy v prvním podzemním podlaží objektu. Nebytové jednotky budou využity jako komerční prostory zdravotní péče a stravování s konkrétním využitím t.j. Fit bar, lékárna, optometrie, zubní ordinace a zdravotní rehabilitace a jsou navrženy v 1NP objektu. Všechny bytové jednotky jsou navrženy v 2NP až 4NP. The diploma thesis deals with the project of the new construction of a multi-functional house on a plot of land in Husova street near CAN in the wider center of the city Pilsen. The house is designed as an object for commercial use and housing with social apartments and as part of the newly proposed block on Emil Škoda Square, for which an urban planning study was prepared. With regard to the existing building, which will be preserved, the house is designed to have 4 above ground floors and 1 underground floor. In total, the house has 5 non-residential units for commercial use and 18 residential units. The building's technical facilities, collective garage and cellars for apartment owners are designed on the first underground floor of the building. The non-residential units will be used as commercial spaces for health care and catering with a specific use, i.e. Fit bar, pharmacy, optometry, dental surgery and medical rehabilitation and are designed in a 1st floor building. All residential units are designed in 2 to 4 floors.
