Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem odolného kompozitu s využitím druhotných surovin pro rekonstrukce objektů z taveného čediče s cílem zacelit poškozená místa a zachovat vlastnosti původního materiálu nebo se k těmto vlastnostem alespoň co nejvíce přiblížit. Důraz je kladen na využití druhotných surovin jako plniv do správkového kompozitu, s co nejvyšším možným plněním. Práce se dále zabývá zkoušením fyzikálně mechanických vlastností vyvíjeného kompozitu a jeho odolností v silně chemicky agresivních prostředích. Dále se práce zabývá postupem technologie sanace, především pak vhodnou úpravou povrchu podkladu za účelem zajištění dostatečné soudržnosti vyvinutého správkového kompozitu s podkladem. The diploma thesis is focused on the development of the resistant repair composite material using, secondary raw materials for the rehabilitation of objects made off the cast basalt with the highest possible filling of secondary raw materials. The resistant composite shall show the parameters approaching to the properties of cast basalt. The work is also focused at physical and mechanical properties of the composite material and its resistance to chemically aggressive conditions, and it is also aimed at the rehabilitation technology, especially the appropriate pre-treatment of the substrate to provide sufficient cohesion between the substrate and the repair composite.
