Postižení většího množství obyvatel infekčním onemocněním v pandemickém rozsahu je jedno z nejzávažnějších ohrožení v systému poskytování zdravotní péče obyvatelstvu. Je nezbytné zachovat kapacitu a akceschopnost zdravotnického zařízení jako celku. Každá nemocnice by proto měla být na tuto krizovou situaci a její následné zvládnutí bezpodmínečně připravena. Cílem diplomové práce bylo provést analýzu a shrnout přijatá organizační opatření při poskytování zdravotní péče. Zjistit, jak přijatá organizační opatření v souvislosti s onemocněním COVID-19 vnímali zaměstnanci nemocnice a zda byla efektivní. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou definovány základní pojmy ze systému zdravotnictví, jenž jsou situovány do legislativy krizové připravenosti, krizového plánování a řízení. Dále jsou zde uvedeny dosud zjištěné poznatky o původci způsobující onemocnění COVID-19 v kontextu epidemiologie. Výzkumná část seznamuje s prostředím Nemocnice Strakonice, a.s. a popisuje konkrétní opatření poskytovatele zdravotní péče přijímaná v rychle se měnící incidenci onemocnění a v závislosti na legislativě. Na konkrétních případech je vysvětleno, jakým způsobem byla přijímána opatření k efektivnímu zvládnutí péče v období březen 2020 až květen 2021. Analýzou přijatých organizačních opatření bylo zjištěno, že přijímané kroky ve všech oblastech byly efektivní. Ale zároveň byly zjištěny technické nedostatky. Respondenti vnímali přijaté kroky pozitivně, neboť byla všem pacientům poskytnuta adekvátní péče. Pozitivně hodnotili také nově získané zkušenosti. Effecting a significant amount of people by an infectious illness in the extent of a pandemy is one of the most serious dangers in providing health care to the general population. It is necessary to keep the capacity and readiness for action of the medical facility as a whole. Therefore each hospital should be unconditionally ready for this crisis situation, and the consequent managing of it. The goal of this thesis was to make an analysis, and to sum up the organisational measures taken while providing medical care. To find out how the measures taken in connection with COVID-19 were perceived by the hospital employees, and if they were effective. In the theoretical part of the thesis the fundamental health terms situated to the legislation of crisis readiness, crisis planning and managing are defined, Then the knowledge about the origin of the illness discovered up to now in the epidemiological context is mentioned. The exploration part deals with the environment of Hospital Strakonice, a.s. and describes particular measures of the health care provider which were taken during the quickly changing incidence of illness and on the legislation. Based on specific examples, it is explained in what way the measures were applied, in order to manage the care effectively from March 2020 to May 2021. By the analysis of the organisational measures it was found out that the steps taken in all spheres were effective. Technical deficiencies were discovered as well. Respondents perceived the taken measures in a positive way, because appropriate care was provided to all patients. They assessed the newly gained experience in a positive way, too.
