Tato diplomová práce zjišťuje informovanost seniorů v Kraji Vysočina v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části, a to teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části práce je shrnut stručný vývoj ochrany obyvatelstva od roku 1935 po současnost. Hlavní část pojednává o předních úkolech ochrany obyvatelstva a integrovaného záchranného systému. Práce je zaměřena na Kraj Vysočina, a proto je v práci kapitola věnovaná Jaderné elektrárně Dukovany a její zóně havarijního plánování. Dále se práce věnuje seniorům a jejich vzdělávání ve spolupráci s Hasičským záchranným sborem České republiky, Policií České republiky a asociací Záchranný kruh. Cílem práce bylo zjistit informovanost seniorů v Kraji Vysočina v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva a následně porovnat informovanost seniorů, kteří žijí doma, a seniorů, kteří žijí v domovech pro seniory. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření a metod matematické a deskriptivní statistiky bylo zjištěno, že informovanost seniorů nedosahuje stanovených 70 % a také, že informovanost seniorů v domovech pro seniory je statisticky významně nižší než informovanost seniorů, kteří v domovech pro seniory nežijí. Přínosem diplomové práce je především získaný přehled o stavu informovanosti seniorů v Kraji Vysočina o ochraně obyvatelstva. Získané výsledky mohou být využity jako informační materiál či jako zdroj pro vytvoření edukativních prezentací pro seniory v domovech pro seniory. This diploma thesis examines the awareness of seniors in the Vysočina Region in the area of population protection. The thesis is divided into two basic parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis is a brief development of population protection from 1935 to the present. The main part deals with the main tasks of population protection and the integrated rescue system. The thesis is focused on the Vysočina Region and therefore there is a chapter devoted to the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant and its emergency planning zone. Furthermore, the work is devoted to seniors and their education in cooperation with the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, the Police of the Czech Republic and the Rescue Circle Association. Using a questionnaire survey and methods of mathematical and descriptive statistics, it was found that the awareness of seniors does not reach even 70% and also that the awareness of seniors in homes for the elderly is statistically significantly lower than that of seniors who do not live in homes for the elderly. The benefit of the diploma thesis is primarily the obtained overview of the state of awareness of seniors in the Vysočina Region about the protection of the population. The obtained results can be used as an information material or as a source for creating educational presentations for the elderly in homes for the elderly.
