[cze][eng] Ropné havárie jsou nešťastnou součástí průmyslového vývoje a je potřebné jim aktivně předcházet a v případě jejich vypuknutí přijmout adekvátní opatření. Cílem diplomové práce je provést analýzu právních předpisů, dokumentů a informací o vybraných ropných haváriích ve světě i v České republice. V práci jsou rovněž zhodnoceny znalosti odborníků a laiků v oblasti ropných havárií pomocí vybraných metod deskriptivní a matematické statistiky. K dosažení adekvátních výsledků diplomové práce byla zvolena hypotéza H: Odpovědi skupin laiků a odborníků se statisticky významně liší v případě všech dotazníkových otázek. V teoretické části je naznačena problematika ropy, včetně obecných poznatků o jejím vzniku, chemických vlastnostech, těžbě, zpracování a dalších oblastí jako je světová spotřeba ropy a ropná logistika. Skladování je rovněž kapitolou obsaženou v teoretické části práce před přesunem k samotnému jádru zkoumané problematiky, tedy ropným haváriím. Zmíněné havárie byly zpracovány pomocí odborných dokumentů, díky kterým byly zjištěny poznatky o jednotlivých druzích havárií s únikem ropných látek. Výzkumná část byla ve znamení hodnocení odpovědí získaných pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na základě výsledků zhodnocených znalostí laiků a odborníků v oblasti ropných havárií byla řešena zvolená hypotéza. Kvantitativního sběru dat se zúčastnilo celkem 105 osob. Pro přehlednost jsou získané výsledky znázorněny pomocí grafů. Na základě výsledků v praktické části práce byla hypotéza H zamítnuta. Z hlediska deskriptivní statistiky, tabulky pro počty správných odpovědí u laiků a u odborníků vypovídají u laiků na blízkost normálnímu rozdělení, u odborníků na blízkost Poissonovu rozdělení. Práce přináší teoretické i praktické poznatky a možnosti využití výsledků nejen pro akademickou sféru. Téma disponuje rovněž potenciálem pro zpracování navazujících prací.Oil spills are an unfortunate part of industrial development so an active prevention is demanded. When such an event occurs, adequate measures need to be taken. The goal of the diploma thesis is to analyze law regulations, documents and information about preselected oil accidents around the world and in the Czech Republic. This thesis also evaluates the knowledge of experts and lay public in the field of oil accidents, while using preselected methods of descriptive and mathematical statistics. Following hypothesis H was chosen to achieve the adequate results of the diploma thesis: "The answers of groups of laymen and experts differ in the case of all questionnaire questions." Theoretical part of this thesis outlines the issue of oil, including general knowledge about its origin, chemical characteristics, oil extraction, processing and areas such as world oil consumption and oil logistics. Storage of oil is also a chapter contained in the theoretical part of this thesis, before it started to focus on the very core of research, oil accidents. These types of accidents were processed by using specialized documents, thanks to which relevant knowledge about individual types of oil accidents were ascertained. The research part was based on the evaluation of answers, which were collected, by using a questionnaire survey. Based on the results of the evaluated knowledge of laymen and experts in the field of oil accidents, the selected hypothesis was getting solved. A total of 105 people took part in the quantitative data collection. For lucidity, the final results are graphically portrayed. Based on the results, which were interpreted in the practical part of this thesis, hypothesis H was rejected. Based on descriptive statistics, the tables for the number of correct answers from lay people and from experts show a proximity to the normal distribution for lay people and a proximity to the Poisson distribution for experts. The diploma thesis brings theoretical and practical knowledge and the possibility to take advantage of the results, not only throughout the academic sphere. This topic also has the potential for follow-up work creation.
